Delivered promptly; good price; tastes delicious; recommended; and would definitely buy again.

I’ve used this on two different batches of royal icing for some cookie orders recently. I assumed that the reason my royal icing when bit into would be hard was maybe due to over mixing even though I made sure not to. But it wasn’t until I bought this brand and size and did the same steps, that I realized I was probably using not-so-great meringue powder before. This meringue powder gave my royal icing a softer bite, even after 3 days it kept its soft bite, and my cookies’ taste and texture improved way more! Will be purchasing this one often!

Easy to mix and makes a lot. Tastes great. Made about 80 cookies from two servings. You do need to buy powdered sugar though.

I work with a high school culinary class and bought this product for my kids to decorate 400 sugar cookies for Valentine's Day. This product is MUCH better than Wilton's in both flavor and quality. The Royal icing not only looked fantastic, kept it's sheen, and went on smoothly; the taste was spectacular, and the price was less as well. Sorry Wilton.

Haven't used it yet, but looks and smells great. I'm sure it will be wonderful for the cookies I plan to make.

This was my first time using a meringue powder and my first time making royal icing. Wow! So simple, and so impressive. My sugar cookie decorations were the hit of our group baking day yesterday. I have made three batches so far, all different sizes and have had perfect results each time. And that powder smells so good. I am very happy.

Love to use this!! Great in royal icing!

So far so good! Used for royal icing and works fine tastes good.

I've been using Chefmaster meringue powder for a couple months now, and I will never go back to the other brand. This does not have a chemical aftertaste like the other brand that's found in most stores. I've received all compliments on my cookies since I've been using Chefmaster MP. It lasts longer than W-Brand as well; I use 1/3 of a cup for an entire 2lb bag of powdered sugar, and it makes the perfect consistency icing that dries shiny every time!

I generally use the CK brand meringue powder but the supplier I usually use didn't have any so I ordered the Chefmaster brand instead. I have made one batch of royal icing and everything turned out as expected. The powder itself has a pleasant smell and the royal icing came together well. I have been struggling with the sudden appearance of horrific air bubbles in my last few batches of icing and began to wonder if it might have something to do with the meringue powder after reading a cookie decorating blog. The batch I made with the Chefmaster had a greatly reduced number of bubbles so perhaps the meringue powder was the problem. I will definitely consider purchasing this again in the future and I recommend it.
