Perfect and affordable!

I bought it as my first drone. As a beginner, I wasn't sure whether it would be easy or hard for me to master it. It turned out it wasn't hard at all. The instruction is very straightforward and simple to understand. The drone is light and small so it is easy to carry around. Overall, it is really user friendly and worth every pennies!

This is drone is super easy to use and I pretty much got this up and running within 20mins of playing. I have to say I own several other drones but I absolutely love, love this drone. I love the sleek black look of this and how easy it was to maneuver. In my opinion it’s price perfect and a great buy. Don’t hesitate just buy it !

Six weeks review update

Customer service is off the charts! My wifi issue was resolved, an updated up and drone have been wonderful. Pros: Application has a simulator, voice command, flight path tracing, and gyro control that all work. Fantastic flyer indoors or out within it's range. I recommend 30 meters in any direction for best results. Handles 14mph winds even with crash guards. good lighting for maintaining orientation. Universal battery. Cons: Camera angle is down too far for good horizon views unless pitching rearward. No on board video storage or sd card. No remote controls for camera obviously... Black on black propellers could be colored differently on front or back. Color scheme makes it hard to find if down sometimes. I have flown the replacement unit for a month now and can recommend the drone and the company without reservation. For new pilots the customer support can not be beat. This model is small enough to take anywhere. ####

Headless mode is very easy for beginners

Pro: Headless mode is very easy for beginners, it goes exactly where you point. Flight is very stable, comparable to other drones in the $100-200 range. Maintain flight height by itself, no more crashing to the ceiling like others. Auto landing and take off feature is very nice (need to press twice to take off). Emergency Stop Button prevents damage when you are about to crash. Very good camera, decent pictures even at night time. Camera angle is slightly adjustable, you can tilt it more forward or downward facing. Comes with 2 batteries so you can keep on flying, and lots of spare parts. Con: One Key Return is a very nice feature, however it only works in Headless mode. 360 flip does the trick ok, but will drop down a few feet after the flip. Manual covers the remote control well, but not much about the Smart phone app. The Smart phone app is a little confusing to use, video connection is easy, but not the control interface. App has voice control and flight path mapping feature, but I am still trying to figure out how.

Amazing drone

This is my first drone. I spent a little more than I really wanted to as a beginner because I didn't want a piece of crap toy. This drone is pretty nice. It's even smaller than I imagined. Battery life is a little short but they're small so that's expected, and that's why I bought extras. Headless mode is listed as an "advanced" mode but I personally find it easier. Maybe because I play video games (?). I got an app to pair it up with my phone (Pixel) for pictures and video and it works OK except I can only view pics/video in the app itself. Since my Pixel doesn't have an SD card I guess I'll have to try and sync it with my PC to download and share images. Overall, I'm happy with it and I'm getting better at controlling it by the minute.

Extremely easy to control

This drone is awesome! It was easy to set up, surprisingly easy to control, and compact. It only took me about five minutes to get the hang of it. I downloaded the app, connected the video camera and started recording. In addition, the video quality is crystal clear and has unbelievable connection range. This is a great drone for beginners.

This drone packs a lot a value in a small package! First of all it is perfect for beginners. The altitude holds function makes it super easy to get this drone in the air and not have to worry about regulating your altitude. It comes with everything you need as well. Two batteries, charger, extra props, and prop guards. The camera isn't the greatest and you will notice some lag in the video, but at this price, you really can't expect much better. The instructions that came with the drone help you get it set up quickly and easily. The most remarkable thing about this drone is the support provided by Shcarkspark. There's a Facebook community that is moderated by employees that will help walk you through any issues you might have. And if give them your order number, Scharkspark will send you an extra battery a d extend your warranty. I don't think I've ever experienced this kind of customer service for a budget drone. You can't go wrong with this drone.

a great little flyer for beginner drone pilot

Great little flyer and easy to operate after a few practice sessions. Wish it had a convenient way to change the battery. flight time. Seems sturdy and a lot of fun indoors. I never tried on other drone, but having a spare battery make playing fun and no need to worry about flight time issue. Recommend as a cheap but enjoyable first trainer.

Easy to Fly Drone for a Beginner

First, I would like to provide a background about me, I am not a drone owner before this product and I have no experience in regards flying one. I went to a friends house and he had one of this drones. He let me flight his and it was really easy. I decided to purchase one for myself. Upon receiving the drone I opened the box and connected one of the 2 provided batteries and started playing with it. I did notice some backward drift of the drone however after going back and reading the instructions I realized that I did the wrong initialization process and therefore the Gyro was probably not reset. After doing this no more prominent drift. I really enjoy flying this drone as it is very easy to control and very responsive. I must admit that the hovering part is not as good since it sill drift a little. It will not stay on one position solidly it will slowly drift to one of the sides. This is not a big deal for me. I tested the camera it is decent not perfect and not crystal clear of course. I actually used to check my roof and it did the trick. I have used the recommended app and it works excellent but I still prefer the provided remote. I strongly recommend this product to anyone that wants to try a decent drone with good extra parts and not too expensive.

A perfect first drone!

This is drone for beginners. If you have some experience with drones, you will better off buying a more expensive drone. This drone is durable and has decent battery life (~14min/battery). It comes with two batteries, and charges via usb port, giving you sufficient flight time on the go. I have had it fall a multiple times and it survived all the falls, which was surprising and speaks about durability. Camera quality is ok-ish and can be saved directly on mobile phone. However, it works well only if the drone is close ~ 60-70ft. I have rated this 5 stars, because it justifies its price point. Its not comparable to ones from DJI, nor does it have enough power to handle windy situations. But it also isn't a $400+ drone. I would recommend this a buy if you want to get started into drones, and once proficient, you can buy a more expensive drone.
