Must have powder to get rid of ants!!

This stuff works great for those pesky house ants! I tried everything (vinegar, soapy water, garlic, peppermint leaves, lemon, ground cinnamon (this worked for a while) and other stuff), but the ants would always come back. With this DE food grade powder, I just sprinkle some where I see them come in from and in a few minutes they're gone! I use it inside the house and in our yard and works wonders. And what's even better, it's safe around pets! I've also sprinkled some on my dog's bed and on her back and she doesn't even mind. Like other people have said, wear some kind of face mask especially if you have asthma because it is a loose powder and it gets everywhere, and you might start to breathe it in and it will get uncomfortable. Also, I don't use the applicator. Instead, I fill the container and just put a piece of aluminum foil on top, put a rubber band around it and poke holes on the aluminum (it's a lot easier to just sprinkle the powder like when you sprinkle salt on food), then I just get a brush to spread the powder in small crevices or just to spread it around. To clean it up, just vacuum or sweep the floor. I know this works great for other things but so far I've only used it to get rid of ants and the occasional flea on my doggo... I didn't know that lice in new England are immune to the pesticides in nix and rid. My daughter got them at camp and I got the creepy crawlies from hell. I used coconut and olive oil (alternating) on her and this on myself (as precaution) and our beds, piles of bedding waiting to be washed, studies, etc. Problem SOLVED. Highly recommend it. I also used it in the dog house and am thinking I will try it in the dog food if he gets worms again. Bigger likes to eat chipmunks. Lol Only downside to using the duster is that more gets in the air. It was a pain to wipe off my fan blades. And yes, I did the house treatment when no pets or kids were in the house due to potential respiratory hazards. I did my hair outside. Wear a dust mask and gloves. Dries your skin out. If using on your head, you'll get dandruff if you dont moisturize your scalp after.

Slowly but surely

I stated using DE about 6 weeks ago. I started off really slowly. 1/2 tsp a day for a week, then 1tsp 2nd week, then larger teaspoon every day since. Tonight I’ll start taking it twice a day. A teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and a teaspoon in the evening. Well.. I do feel healthier, less bloated and I do feel as though my sugar cravings have severely dropped. I mix it with water or some green juice. Its not bad and really has no taste. Tonight something unusual happened in the bathroom.. I’m not sure what it was that I saw in the toilet but it wasn’t normal at all.. I’m not sure what parasites actually look like to the naked eye or even if you can see them. Something came out and it totally grossed me out. Thank god it wasn’t moving... lol. Well.. I feel better about it, so I know it is working. Give this stuff a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. My only side effects have been positive. Good luck!

Works

My Mothers house has been overrun by roaches for so long she is a hoarder so they were everywhere and she is not bothered by them yuk! The roaches were so numerous you would see every generation of them from barely big enough to see to large yuk again. They would walk around in the daylight like a pet! Yuk so we put this stuff all over and around the outside and everywhere we could we also at the same time used the Avion traps and would toss them into the room on top of the piles of crap my mom saves yuk. We used Doble stick tape to attached the traps to the back of the tv and under the coffee table. I kid you not you can't find them anymore after a few days my brother who lives in the garage would see them on their backs wiggling YUK and then the sightings became less ands less. So this and the Avion traps and your roaches are gone!

Great product and safe for pets, too

So far, so good! No signs of fleas! (I have 2 cats. Only 1 goes outside sometimes) Also, there has been such a huge worldwide epidemic/discussion concerning bedbugs in this 21st century. So I've become obsessed with our bedding, mattresses, etc.. I have used this product on beds, sofas, curtains, floors, everywhere! I have even brushed my cats with it (not face or near eyes) It is safe around pets just b sure the word 'food' is in product name. I highly recommend! Be prepared for powder everywhere a few days but it's quite worth the mess b4 vacuuming! No fleas, bedbugs, spiders, and it states roaches also.

A must if you have issues with ants

We just moved into a ground floor apartment and we have had so many issues with ants coming in. They are coming in at every door and window. It is crazy. I have started fighting them using diatomaceous earth and it really works great! As soon as I see ants coming in , after killing the inside ones, I dust the lining of the doors inside and out and the ants are gone by the next day. I’ve even used it outside if I see a large number of ants outside near my apartment and it gets rid of them. I have also used the powder to dust all inside the back of my kitchen cabinets and under and behind my stove and refrigerator...to get rid of roaches. In fact I’ve dusted any crack and crevice that looks like bugs or roaches would enter the apartment through. So far I have had excellent luck with it. This big 5lb bag of diatomaceous earth is perfect. It will last a long time and it came with a wonderful duster that is even better than the pricey one I bought years ago.

Balance

Best product ever... there’s the industrial powder and then there’s the food grade product so pay attention. I have both and use the industrial one for bugs and pest and the food grade can be use for the same and also for detoxification I put it in smoothies and in my cat’s food. Simple earth products that are cost effective and that’s been around for hundreds of years are better than all these harsh chemicals, I recommend herbs as well especially Seamoss... live well!!!

This is a wish granted product. I've spent hundreds on other products that only worked on spot applications, had to reapply, keep my pets away, wear protective gloves,cover my appliances etc only to have those bugs return a few weeks later. So frustrated I almost threw out my 3 beds, couch, rugs bedding, basically every item in my house.. Then I found this and within 3 days no more bites, dead bed bugs sucked up daily! And bonuses.. It can be used safely in your entire house on every surface, outside it has repelled Fleas, ticks, spiders, ants and flies. There are so many uses for this it's mind blowing.. Do not waste any more money or time on other products this is the answer!!!

Beware Bedbugs

If you don't mind dust cropping a room for two weeks (minimum), then this is a good cheap way to get rid of Bed Bugs. I slapped on a dust mask and sprayed a room (with the included sprayer), that was heavily infested with bedbugs. Went in a few weeks later and mopped up the dead buggers. It's been more than a month later and no sign of those creepy bugs. Had to replace a mattress and wash some clothes, but all and all, in could have been worse

Magical Flea Killer

This stuff is amazing! My cat and dog both got fleas. I hate the idea of putting harsh chemicals and a friend recommended I try diatomaceous earth. I put it in their fur and on their beds and two days later I couldn't find a single flea on either of them!
