Refresh/recovery/reinstall WINDOWS 8.1

I was almost sure that this disc will not work or will delete all my pictures and files, BUT it does amazing job, everything works perfectly!!! Thanks!!!

It really works!

I was caucusing optimistic about wether this disk would work. Well, all I can say it was better then expected. And the technical support by Vince was top notch. He walked me through all my problems (with my computer not the software). Don’t hesitate to buy this.

Booted right up, easy walk through process. Worked first time to unlock my computer. A friend gave it to me thinking it was a lost cause. The recovery DVD windows 8.1 worked.

I was able to boot my computer with windows 8.1 os. I followed the steps to use the DVD to fix my computer. After the last step allowing me to save my programs and apps, the DVD did an upgrade. This made my computer operate faster, and stopped the arrow on the screen from vibrating.

Worked perfectly!

This disk worked perfectly to reinstall my OS after my hard drive crashed and I misplaced this disk it came with. I have nearly zero IT knowledge and this was pretty easy for me.
