UPDATED: Stopped Working - Because Wrong Charger
UPDATED REVIEW: Despite what I had seen in comments and research, you definitely need at least a 2 amp wall charger to work with this charger. Even though it worked at first, the 5W, 1 amp Apple iPhone wall charger is not enough to substantively charge your device. Both Amazon and Anker worked diligently with me to properly inform me of the issue and make sure I understood. Although I was disappointed with Anker at first for what I thought was a defective product, I am now extremely impressed with their patience and diligence to reach a happy, mutual outcome. I will be highly considering Anker products going forward simply because of their excellent customer service. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Works fine for the first couple weeks. Then I started waking up to a phone that is not charged. It will start charging then, at some point in the night, stop charging. I haven't woken up to a fully charged phone in days. This device just stopped working properly within a month of use. Won't be looking at Anker for any new product anytime soon.

So far so good!
**UPDATE: After posting my review Anker reached out and offered to send me a 6ft cable. As that the original 3ft cable was my only real gripe with the product I have updated my rating to 5 stars. Truly great customer service by Anker!** It charges your device wirelessly! I like the all black look with soft touch material. Longer braided cable would be a nice upgrade. The cable in the box is your standard rubber coated micro USB. Would have liked for it to come with a power brick, but it clearly states it does not in the description so no surprise there. Will update if any durability issues arise.

Great Wireless Charger
This product is a great first wireless charger for anyone looking in the market for a good wireless charger. It is made of quality material and feels sturdy. It charges my iPhone quickly and works great overall. The little led indicator light is not very distracting which is great for beside charging. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new wireless charger for their phone.

Fast charging pad, just what I needed.
UPDATE: Received a surprise email from Anker post review stating that they will be sending me a 6' cable which I eventually received and made this pad more usable! I appreciate seeing that Anker does care about it's customers, however, I still think packing bit longer cable with the pads would be nice of Anker saving additional shipping (their's) and customer stress. Well it's so far so good. Pros: - well finished - takes less space - fast charge (you need fast charger of course, this is just a wireless pad and position it appropriately) Cons: It comes with the old gen micro usb type b cable without charger, the cable they provided is TOO SHORT that does not even reach from table top to charger port. Recommendation: Yes, it does the fast charge and if required and longer cable is provided by the Anker, I recommend this. I do own their other products and they are very much satisfactory and top quality.

Be aware that this is 10W/5W charger rather than 10W/7.5W
The charger works fine and the materials seems to be good. However I'm disappointed that with the output power. It gives 10W only for some Samsung devices. All Apple and other phones will only get 5W. I didn't read the description carefully and missed that. The title says that it's 10W so I assumed it will be capable to charger Apple phones with standard 7.5W but it cannot. I think the seller should update the title to indicate the output power for Apple devices. UPDATE. Anker support offered me a replacement charger that supports 7.5W output for Apple devices. I didn't receive the package yet, but I'm impressed with the manufacture's loyalty. Updating the review from 2 to 5 starts.

Anyone else confused by 10w and 7.5w wireless charging compatibility for iPhone?
Anker also reached out to my after finding out how frustrated I was about the situation and confirmed that the FAQ on their site was incorrect and has since corrected it. This 10w wireless pad will not charge my iPhone XS Max at 7.5w. They sent me one of their 7.5w wireless pads and it works great. Anker Customer Service continues to be to notch! ——————- I’m super annoyed, with how confusing all the 10/7.5/5w chargers floating around. While this was on sale I purchased 2 for my iPhone XS and couldn’t confirm anywhere that this 10w could actually charge at 7.5w for iPhone. I returned it only to find buried in a FAQ on Anker’s website that as long as the IOS is up to date it would charge at 7.5w. Now I want to go back and purchase, but Amazon is out of stock until after X-Mas and the sale is no longer on. Anker’s website FAQ and their response to the question on Amazon conflict with one another. Website says 7.5w is supported and Amazon answer is that it is not and you have to buy the specific 7.5w model. So frustrating and confusing.

Bought 3 different types of Anket QI chargers, this one is Good
UPDATE:: Anker Contacted me and replaced the 7.5w charger, and I can't hear any noises.. Great customer service. This 5w unit I have been using at work, and works great as well and no noise problems.. They have good customer service.. --- OLD REVIEW --- I bought three different types of the Anker QI Chargers. As I have apple products, I categorized them at the Apple charge rate: 5w, 7.5w and the USB-C corded model. I liked the USB-C one the best. Of the three, the 7.5w, when charging in 5w mode (did not test 7.5w mode as i did not have the right wall adapter), would make pulsing noises, which is annoying when it is beside the bed. This one (5w charger) went to work, so i can't really tell if it makes noise (noisy environment), but it does seem quiet. The USB-C was very quiet (undetectable noise) and smaller which is good for a crowded night stand. For the 7.5w one that made noise I tried different wall warts (iPad, 2amp, etc) and also tried different iPhones (XsMax, 8), nothing seemed to quiet it down. Not worth the trouble to send it back, as i tossed the packaging and besides, they all do charge properly.

So far so good! Anker hasn't failed me yet!
I've purchased several Anker products over the last couple years. Bluetooth headphones, a replacement phone battery and now this! I am generally really tired when I get home from work and finally I can just plonk my phone down and call it a day. My phone (Galaxy S9) registers the wireless fast charging just fine! :> This is only my third day with it and I'll leave an update later but so far so good! The USB cable is on the shorter side, but it works for my purpose! I got it on sale fer $12 but even at full price it's a cut above the rest! Thank you Anker for being around! Update: I've had the charge pad for ~3months and it's a fantastic tool. I have it on my nightstand to charge overnight, but i still use wired charging if i just absolutely need my phone charged super quick. It's a tad picky at the angle you set it on the pad, but that's not really a deal breaker. Still would recommend for anyone looking for wireless charging

Anker's quality is becoming near legendary
I purchased this item as I got tired of having to plug my Apple iPhone XR in every night when I retired. Using the Lightning cable wasn't the end of the world, but the Anker Qi compatible charger eliminates all that. Yes, it comes with a too short cable, but I plug the cable into the usb port on a surge protector near my night stand and the 3 foot cable reaches just fine. I am particularly impressed with the small blue LED that goes on when the device is charging my phone and off when I lift the phone off the disk-like device. The light is unobtrusive but distinctive enough to let me know that it is working. As I place my iPhone onto the charger at bedtime, I can't tell you how long the charge process takes, but I can tell you that my phone is 100% charged after my usual 5 to 6 hours of sleep ( I am not a sack rat). Given that the charger supplies the 5 watts Apple sets, but can put out a full 10 watts for Android, it equals, if memory serves, the output of other much more expensive chargers. This device is just super and the price is spectacular. Thank you Anker!

Buy this! Good product and great customer service.
Nice and slim and flat, easy to use and charges my samsung s9 quickly. I initially had problems with it working and it turned out to be a bad wall charger. Fixed this by using the wall charger that came with my phone. I mistakenly thought the bad charger was part of the Anker package and wrote a negative review. BAD ME! The company's customer service was awesome. Received several emails and they were willing to do whatever it took to fix my problem so I would be happy with their product. So very impressed.
