Minimalist design. Big lighting.

I needed a light behind my chair. This one's perfect. I like the 3 different tones. I thought I would like the whitest color for seeing my computer keyboard but I actually like the yellowest tone the best on the lowest brightness. It's easier on the eyes. It takes a couple days to get use to where to touch for brightness or tone on top of the light but now I can go right to it. It also took a couple of times to remember to touch the spot to turn off the light for 3 seconds. At first I was scrolling thru the dimmest to brightest setting. The directions are easy to read and understand, so if you have trouble with your light, just go thru the leaflet again. I really like that the light isn't bulky. It's just there. It doesn't really add or take away from the decor. Since it doesn't have the standard switch or big shade it there's no fumbling around for the on switch in the dark. If you just need a reading light that's compact and easy to use, this is the one.

Light. Lots of beautiful light! Touch control is kinda yucky though.

I love almost everything about this light. I love the variable color temperature. I love the very dim to very bright control. I love the even distribution of light. I am not a fan of the touch control and it's damn near impossible to see te markings on it that shows you where to touch. I am forever changing color and dimming when what I want is to turn it off. Still, it's a keeper. I do like it and I use it constantly. It''s just a pain to control at times. Hand controls would have been easier to use, but would have increased cost. They would be worth it though.

Excellent light for several purposes

We have two of these now. The light can be intense enough on the white setting to provide illumination for detail work (e.g., digging out a splinter from a finger) or can be subtle enough on the orange setting to serve as a nice back-light for a television. Stable - there are "feet" under the floor plate - and the gooseneck allows easy directing of the light. In their "default" uses, one illuminates clearly a floor to ceiling bookshelf while the other is a very good over the shoulder desk light.

Super bright - and totally adjustable.

I needed a floor lamp for my office - I chose this one based on the different settings. I am not disappointed at all! I love all the adjustments I can make to get the brightness and color temperatures just right for me. There are 4 different levels of brightness that you just tap on the button on the top of the lamp to adjust. Then you can adjust the color (warm, white and bright white). At night, I use the warmer setting. It's very easy on the eyes. The overall size of the lamp is great. I was expecting a larger lamp but I am so happy that it takes up less space next to my desk. The box itself that it comes in is super small - you have to put it together but it took less than two minutes to screw the different pieces together. I highly recommend this lamp!

Shut-off time

The only problem I find with this device is the shut-off time one needs to keep the button depressed. In another word you should be able to touch the switch and shut the lam off. Instead you have to hold the switch down for at least 3 to 5 seconds or else it wont shut off. Otherwise the lamp is great and I recommend it.

Was prepared to not like it when it came in such a small lightweight box...

This came in a very small and lightweight box. I was prepared not to like it from that standpoint alone. And putting it together, you have to figure out that the plastic parts on the end of the sections are just for shipping...not for use in assembling (in other words toss them). Yes, this light is extremely lightweight...HOWEVER, it is very stable....doesn't want to tip over. Very bright light, and very adjustable, not only in brightness, and the type of light, but in which way the light swivels. Love this light. I think I might buy one for my mom as well.

Excellent Value!

I bought this lamp to replace a light, in my home office, to light where I work on my computer. I was expecting to have to pay significantly more than this light cost. However, it was "Amazon Recommended", so I tried it. I was amazed. A tiny package arrived and I thought for sure that my order had been mis-shipped. Nope! The sections screw together easily and you can't see the joints. The light works AMAZINGLY well! The touch controls work beautifully! You get 4 levels of brightness and 3 color temperatures (3000 kelvin, 4000 kelvin, and 6000 kelvin). I edit a lot of photos. So, I only wish the light could also provide a setting for 5000 kelvin (daylight balance). A very minor inconvenience. I love this light. The style is very contemporary, it almost disappears, it's so slim. Don't be discouraged by the low price. This light will surprise you.

Excellent value

I got two of them for my reading chairs. They were easy to assemble and they work flawlessly. I love the different light levels and I appreciate the different color temperatures.

Good lamp at first, has some annoying quirks. (UPDATED)

UPDATE: While this particular lamp wasn't ideal for me, TECKIN reached out to me and arranged for me to try their other lamp ( https://www.amazon.com/Torchiere-Stepless-Dimmable-Industrial-TECKIN/dp/B07G83L9R5/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1544133387&sr=8-1 ), which was a lot better for me. So, all in all, I am very pleased with TECKIN's service and their products! The lamp is pretty good, at first I really liked it, but after a few weeks its quirks are starting to wear thin. The options it has for brightness and light temperature are great. Except they are finicky touch buttons and can easily be triggered by mistake. The ON button is also the button that cycles through the brightness settings, so often when I try to turn it on it registers a second touch as well and changes the brightness and I have to cycle through them all again to get back to where it was. Also, turning the light off is in the same boat. You have to hold the power button down for a few seconds to turn it off, which often results in accidentally changed settings. Then if you try to set it up on a power strip to just turn it off and on, it doesn't remember it's settings or turn back on when it receives power. So, ultimately, it's got great light with great settings and a nice built in LED light, but it is not user-friendly.

Sleek & blends in the room background.

I ordered this floor lamp to replace a cheap walmart floor lamp in my bedroom. I simply love the look of it. Its so sleek that it blends in with the background of my room. The package that arrived from Amazon was small and i wasnt sure what to expect before i opened the box. It was super easy to install and was standing up in my room in less than 5 mins. It is a good quality piece. Love the fact that lights is dimmable and has both warm and cool options. It is easy to change just with the tap of hand. I totally recommend this buy.
