Worked right out of the box. I plugged in my X360 TE2 stick which is modded with a universal Brooks board and it worked first try with no problems. The DC arcade sticks are a pain to find, and the ones you do fine will cost an arm and a leg. I'll be buying a second one soon so that my friends can hook up their sticks too. As much as I love the Dreamcast, you need a stick for all the 2D fighting games. MvC is like a whole new game with an arcade stick and this is by far the best and cheapest route to go.
