Scale not calibrated correctly

Update: Greater Goods immediately contacted me and shipped me a replacement scale. It works excellent. Reading are consistent with my existing scales from Weight Gurus, and the weigh in goes faster. It is refreshing to buy from a company that is so proactive to make things right. Dave Original Review: This scale is not calibrated correctly. It reads 4 lb too high. Two previous Weight Gurus scales purchased over recent years have been accurate. Otherwise seems like a good product.

5 Star! Bluetooth issues were cause I had an old phone.. New phone 5 Star

It's simple and accurate! Easy one time set up with the app just make sure your bluetooth is on and app is up.. Get this bad boy before the price increases! I had issues with bluetooth for a day or two thinking it was the scale however I upgarded my old as dirt phone and it works flawlessly now so if you have an old phone.. Ya might wanna upgrade..

Sleek, responds quickly, accurate, Bluetooth works well

I needed a simple, accurate, attractive scale, and I was drawn in by the Bluetooth feature as well (might as well get it given the price is pretty cheap). The scale has a nice slim profile, looks good, and seems to keep an accurate weight (it doesn't change from weigh to weigh). My last experience with a digital scale was my parents' and it was hard to get it to turn on correctly. This one powers on immediately when you step on it, easy to read, etc. I've tried the Bluetooth integration with the GreaterGoods recommended Weight Gurus app on my phone. The app leaves a little something to be desired in setup, but once you integrate with the scale it registers immediately. So for the scale itself, definitely 5 stars. I'd give the app more like 3, but that's not the product here! I haven't looked into whether you can integrate this scale with other apps that could connect to iPhone Health, but I'll look into that next. Excellent value!

For the cost, you can't do better than this scale. It took me a little time to get the scale to connect to my phone's Weight Gurus app, but that was because I already had my old scale tied to the app. Once I deleted the old scale, this new scale connected right away. It has worked flawlessly since then. I love that I don't have to press a lot of buttons on the scale or app (had to with the older scale) to sync it. I just step on the scale, and like magic it records my weight in the app. Beautiful!

Great customer service & a quality product!

This was actually the 4th scale that I have bought in just the last few weeks. 2 from local stores, one was not calibrated correctly & the other didn’t work at all. The 3rd was from Amazon but sent back bc it was obviously a “returned” item just repacked & sent out again (but without the batteries). My GREATER GOODS SCALE came in a “sealed box”👍, it was easy to set up (although I needed a lil help from their AWESOME customer service staff Katy) & within minutes I was up and running PERFECTLY! So impressed with their product & prompt & extremely helpful CustomerCare!

These scales are great!!!

I bought this unit because I recently moved across the country and left my old one behind. This scale is even better than v1! The measurements are always accurate and the software is snappy. The upgraded Bluetooth allowed my iPhone to get the reading without pairing.

Excellent Smart Scale

Pros: keeps me informed of my weight trends, measures multiple metrics, easy to use, accurate, syncs easily with my phone and to my Fitbit Cons: I have to have to remember to have the app turned on and the phone nearby or it will not record This is a great scale for a good price. It keeps me honest and allows for accurate tracking of my progress. However, make sure you stay on it long enough for it to do the BMI assessment and to sync with your bluetooth or the data will disappear. I would certainly recommend this scale to a friend.

Super easy to setup, works perfectly

I love being able to track my weight as it changes over time. The problem has always been that Bluetooth was an unreliable way of syncing the scale with my phone. Just pairing most scales with the phone was difficult enough to require reading the paring instructions in the manual. The new scale from GreaterGoods just magically connects! No pairing, nothing to do at all expect click the "Yes" button when your phone asks if that is your scale it sees. The scale itself is very thin, very accurate and looks great in most decors. It also tracks BMI, Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Water Weight, and Bone Mass. All within just a few seconds of stepping on the scale. The free phone app makes all that data easy to see and graph over time. So in my opinion this is the perfect scale. Plus you cannot beat the price! I would have paid twice the asking price and still of been happy with it.

Not an exact science.

Okay, so I was a bit hesitant to buy one of these smart scales because I was scared it wouldn’t work, but I was very happy with this purchase. I’m not obsessed with my weight solely but I do weight myself every morning after going to the bathroom and I like checking my monthly averages. Wouldn’t say it’s exact 100%, but you also have to keep in mind this isn’t a perfect measurement (still a great way to give you a picture of your overall weight!). Have no complaints whatsoever. I did have a bit of trouble getting my body measurements synced to the app but customer service helped and they were so helpful and replied super fast, it felt like I was texting them honestly. 10/10 recommend.

Very easy to set up, great features for the price

I wanted a scale that would provide not just weight but BMI / body fat and other measurements. I don't expect those to be highly accurate in a device at this price level but at least I think they'll be consistent over time as they change (and hopefully improve) for me. I had a very easy time setting up the scale to communicate with my phone and the app was also easy to download and set up. Also I had a question about using the scale and Katy answered my question quickly and politely. I am also impressed by the 5 year warranty this scale has.
