Don't be fooled by its seemingly only for cakes label! This knife has a secret life!!! Can slice through watermelon without a second thought..french bread loaves, no problem! I believe it is also considering signing up for front line duty in the war against Zombies! Clearly it is ready. This is a great knife! I never thought I could have so much fun while slicing and dicing.

Best cake knives ever

Best cake knives ever. The serrated one is great for regular cakes and the flat one works greats in cakes with nuts, raisins (ie carrot cake)

These knives are just what I needed! I made cheesecakes and most kitchen knives just don’t do the job as well. These knives are sturdy and VERY SHARP! I have read where others have mentioned that these knives are long, 14”, a bit more than what is needed for your average cake, but perfect for sheet cakes or, in my case, cheesecakes, and other large cakes and pastries. I am so thrilled with this purchase!

Very nice quality blade that stays sharp and very comfy handle while using the knife, my hand does not get sore. Great blade length for cutting larger sheet cakes and I also have used this knife on carving fruit and meats and it works very good.
