MUST HAVE TOOL!

Tired of using the manual car jack that came inside the car when doing tire rotation, replacing the brake pads or flushing the brake fluid. With the electric car floor jack, my workload have reduced dramatically. I don't feel tired anymore and just made my job so much easier to do. It comes with a carrying case with a velcro on one side so that it sticks on to the carpet floor of your car trunk so it doesn't move around when you are driving your car which is a smart thing to do. MUST HAVE TOOL!

Does the job

I received it on time and proceeded to go out on the driveway and lift my 2018 Buick Regal Hatchback. I powered it off a jumpstart battery pack so as to not risk blowing a fuse off the 12 volt dash plug. It performed extremely well. The length of the jack provided a more steady and secure feel when the car was up in the air. The wider and larger ground plates added to the safety factor. Hope I never have to use it on the road but with low-profile tires there is definitely a chance!

Works Well - Smooth Action - Nice Heavy-Duty Case

A use a hydraulic jack in my home shop for jobs ranging from everything from lifting motorcycles, to positioning some of the heavier projects that I work on; and of course for rotating tires. The issue is I am usually working by myself so pumping the jack handle while performing other tasks can get awkward, so I went looking for a better solution. After some research I decided on this Reliancer Electric Scissor Jack Set as I liked that is battery powered and includes a remote, so no having to manually pumping up a hydraulic jack or turning a crank handle on a scissor jack. The Reliancer Electric Scissor Jack Set arrived in a sturdy blow molded case. Usually cases appear to be an afterthought, but the jack and accessories fit nicely in the case and I like that the lid case has real hinges and that the latches are made from metal. The jack, 2 lift heads, remote, and 12-volt accessory socket adapter also all appear to be of good quality. The emergency crank handle is made of plastic however; I would have preferred metal construction. Using the jack is simple; first install either the shorter rotating lift head or the taller stationary lift head. Then attach the power cable to the remote cable that is permanently attached to the jack. After that, you choose whether you want to power the jack from a 12-volt accessory socket or use the included battery clamps and attach the power leads directly to the battery. Note: Since the power handling capabilities for 12-volt accessory outlets vary on different vehicles, when possible I will always choose to hook the jack straight up to the battery preventing any likelihood of blowing the vehicles 12-volt accessory fuse. I just started testing the electric jack and found the lifting action to be smooth and quiet and I have experienced no issues. I really like this electric scissor jack so far; once I have used this electric jack a little more I will update this review.

Awesome Scissor Jack!

I got this for my Suzuki Forenza Wagon so I wouldn't have to worry about jacking up the car in case I needed to change a tire and for when I change my brake pads or any other maintenance. The first time I used it I connected to the car battery to avoid any fuse blowing issues when plugging into the cigarette lighter inside the car. It worked flawlessly! It lifted my car with ease and held it there while I took my tire off and checked my brake pads. After I finished I pushed the button on the wired remote to lower my car. No problems at all. This jack is sturdy and made from thick steel. It has a nice case that comes with it but since it doesn't fit in the compartment in the floor of my car I just took it out of the case and stored it inside the floor where I keep various tools and tire pump, etc. It has 2 different steel pieces that you can insert in the top which will be the piece that actually makes contact with your car's underside. One is short and one is tall so that it would jack up the vehicle without having to extend up as far, but you need the clearance from the top of the jack to the bottom of the vehicle to use the longer insert. Either one you use will be just as easy. So no more struggling with the old scissor jack twisting and turning, now you just push a button and like magic, the car gets lifted off the ground! I definitely recommend this to everyone.

Let the battery do the work

I have used an electric jack before. The only issue I have with them is the safety of the car moving while the jack is powered up. Typically a car will shift its placement when its angle is changed by a jack. You have to chalk the tires to prevent a displacement that could cause the jack to collapse. Pictures attached show important points. The bottom platform should be a heavier plate of steel in my opinion.

Make sure Jack is in-line Front to Back of Vehicle!

As with any jack it is best to chock tires before lifting. It is important most of all to make sure that this Unit is aligned PARALLEL TO THE FRONT AND BACK of the vehicle. If it is placed inline side to side as the car shifts it will fall off of jack. The little scissor jack that come with cars often fail for this reason. I run it professionally as a Roadside Assist Unit and plug it into my Jump Box's 12v and it does not draw much power at all. Cable is plenty long and built in light is a life saver... My Highest EVER EVER recommendation... Great tool any time! (be safe don't forget to block the wheels)

Works Great!

Just received this electric scissor jack. Tested it on the front and rear of my Ram 1500 4X4. Works great and much quicker than doing it manually. Pressed the button and about a minute later it was up and the tire ready to be removed. Don't know why I waited so long to get one. If I have a flat, changing the tire on the road will be much quicker and safer.

Works well, pleasantly surprised

I bought this for a very unique usage. I have a large, heavy piece of art that is in multiple pieces and sits on a French shelf. It normally takes at least two people to assemble, but with this jack and remote I devised a way to precisely lift the large artwork into place and onto the shelf by myself.

AWESOME

This product is great! Our first home has a small one car garage and this is perfect for doing maintenance on our vehicles. Also, it’s very light weight, so I keep it in my car in case of emergencies. Trust me, you’ll want it if you ever have/had to use the factory jack! I always hook it up to the battery and it’ll fully lift one side of my Q50S in about 45 seconds or so. 10/10!
