I am the most annoying skeptic, but after months of bad eyestrain at a new job where I look at a computer screen for a majority of the day, and having a horrible time getting to sleep my wife begged me to give these a try. All I can say is WOW! I am impressed. I thought...yeah whatever...just a gimmick. But no way, within one day my eyes do not hurt anymore and I finally got a decent nights rest. They make everything a lot more yellow, which takes a bit to get used to, but once you start to use them you will never go back to staring a screen again without them.

A significant improvement over dimming the monitor or changing the color presets. My eyes feel less strained and it may also be helping with sleep. The medium glasses fit comfortably on my face and the hinges hold them there. One problem is that I have light directly above my desk which causes a blueish glare on the lenses. Nothing major, but I do notice it when I look between monitors. I'm not counting anything against them for that since I don't wear glasses and this seems like a normal thing.

Updated Packaging: I ordered two pairs of blue light blocking glasses. These glasses were twice the price of a competitors computer glasses; however, the value provided by 4est is ten-fold. If you enjoy unboxing your product then you will enjoy this brand as it feels like an unveiling. The glasses are very secure and many safety precautions are in place to ensure the product arrives as intended. The amount accessories provided are a treat and the box design alone feels first class. The glasses show up in a Ferrari. Quality: -The lenses are clearly high quality. With the glasses on I felt instant relief as the tint is heavy. -Frame quality feels very nice for being wood. The wood is honestly disguised as high quality plastic. -Hinges: Sadly the hinges are not very good in my opinion and I can foresee maintenance being required. Also the hinges do not flex very much, this seems like an accident waiting to happen as minimal flex+wood= :( **Update: The hinges do flex very well and the wood did not crack. One arm was underneath a pillow and when flexed the wood frame was absolutely fine. -**Update: The glasses are very relaxing and greatly help with sleep Fit: I will be using these glasses most as they are comfortable with regard to frame and lens. With regard to style the glasses look a bit goofy. The size of the lenses are almost silly. **Update** Get the 51mm if you are worried about the lens size being too big. I love the 51mm much more! Thank you With a few improvements this product could set standards. Thank you! Truly Wow!

these are excellent glasses. they are, however, a bit larger than expected. so choose the smaller size if you have a medium to smaller size face. they are comfortable and they do block a great deal of glare and blue light. they do distort color as expected, but it is not unpleasant. I work on a computer 8 hours a day and i play PC games in my off time and these are excellent to combat eye strain. especially at night when in gaming, i can tell a difference when i get off to go to bed. I feel much better after wearing the glasses and i feel that i sleep better. I recommend these glasses for anyone who wants a high level of blue light blocking power and anti-glare.

It fits over my existing glasses at work comfortably and takes the strain off my eyes. I immediately felt the difference, and hope it helps and does not hurt. We never know exactly what kind of impact our life styles affect what we do to protect us.

After trying Gunnar computer glasses, I settled on these because they block 97% of blue light as opposed to 65%. The tint is much darker, but not unpleasant, and definitely works. As an online student and small business owner, I am on the computer several hours each day, and I have noticed a great improvement since using these glasses. The headaches, eye pain/strained feeling and irritability I used to experience have disappeared. As a health conscious individual who is concerned about the negative effects of radiation and blue light exposure on my eyes, I am very happy to have found 4Est computer glasses, and highly recommend them. They look great too and are very comfortable.

These glasses are amazing. I work on a computer 8 hrs a day at work. After work my eyes don’t feel strained. I’ll wear them while playing on my XBox. I’m sleeping better at night. I reallly liked the case and cleaning rags that came with it. Nice sturdy frames. These have been worth the money.

I bought several blue light blocking glasses. I will rate this pair on effectiveness and aesthetics. 1) Effectiveness. 4EST claims theses glasses reduces 97% of blue light, and I believe it. Once I got used to these lenses, I became aware how harsh computer screen light was on my eyes. I couldn't go back to staring at my computer screen unprotected. I feel these are extremely effective and I've noticed a reduction in eyestrain. 2) Aesthetics: These have a nice retro style, the wood construction is durable - I accidentally sat on them and didn't bend or break them. The lenses have a deep amber tint which is stylish (unlike the ugly urine-yellow tint of other blue light blocking glasses). I've received a couple compliments on these frames which was surprising because I only wear them for the stated purpose of blocking blue light. So I'm happy and would even wear them in a casual social setting. Conclusion: out of the reveal blue light blocking glasses I've tried, I'm most satisfied with these.

As a high school English teacher and a PhD candidate, I spend a lot of time staring at a computer screen. Over the past few years, I have noticed a marked increase in eye strain and headaches. I have been wearing the 4-est glasses for a couple of weeks now, spending the same amount of time or more at the computer, and the eye strain and headaches have completely vanished. I do have to take them off occasionally, due to the shading, to see a picture more clearly, but this is trivial compared to the time-limiting discomfort I experienced consistently before putting on the 4-est glasses. Addendum: After more than a month of using the glasses, I still have not experienced the alternately dry or watery eyes and headaches that were a recurrent theme in my extended time at the computer before I bought the 4est glasses. In other words, they really work.

Was worried they would be heavy, but they are surprisingly light to wear. These lenses are amazing. I've been through several other brands and they always look like I'm looking through yellow plastic. These lenses are crystal clear and have a very pleasant hue that doesn't interfere with my design work at all. You can easily make out colors accurately. So if you work in design, you can't get much better. My only small complaint is my son stole the cool box they came in to store his "treasures", but they have a storage bag and lens cleaner so all is well.
