This package is a great value! I installed four lights in the garage and used two as grow lights in the kitchen. The kit comes with six short cables to connect bulbs and six longer cord to plug into wall sockets. This was perfect for my application because I needed to plug most of the bulbs individually into sockets. The 6500K frequency is good for foliage development in plants. The light output is fine for my houseplants, but two bulbs don't have enough output for growing herbs as I had hoped. To be fair, my plants are doing better with these bright white LED's compared with some 6 watt LED grow lights that I purchased earlier. The light color from the Barrina LED's is on the blue end of the spectrum, similar to T-5 fluorescent bulbs. It's fine for the garage and other work spaces but the color and brightness might not be appropriate for living spaces.

I love these lights. I initially purchased one set of the 6500K and one set of the 4000K color temperature lights to compare how the temperature and lighting would affect the areas I wanted to illuminate. I decided on the 6500K for my garage which have 11ft ceilings and used the 4000K lights in my basement work shop as the ceilings are much shorter and you are more likely to have your eyes look at light; the 4000K are much less harsh on the eyes if you happen to glance at them vs. the 6500K. I used 3 sets (18 fixtures) of 6500K in my two car garage. I have two strips of four lights in each bay and a strip of two lights in the center. I wired the left bay/center/right bay to each be on their own switch as you won't need all of that illumination all the time. These lights are BRIGHT and allow you to notice details you never would've seen before. The two center lights give off plenty of light for just passing through the garage, unloading groceries from the cars and what not. If I need to work on the vehicles or any other project in the garage I can turn on the sections of lights as needed. The first picture shows my garage with the original lighting (2 x 60 Watt incandescent bulbs) and the other shows post-install of my Barrina lights. I haven't pursued setting up the 4000K lights in the basement yet but am excited to do so. My first order of these lights came in just the product boxes whereas my second order of lights, each box of lights came within a larger box. I assume Amazon or the seller is reading the reviews as many have complained of bent fixtures from shipping damage. I did not have any damage to my lights in either order. The metal clips as others have mentioned are very basic and somewhat fragile, I broke two of my metal clips during installation. I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded and sent out an accessory package which included some more mounting hardware and extra power wires too! My one gripe with these lights is the tiny 7.8in connector wires they give you to connect the bulbs to each other. I had to put some effort in to finding long extension/connector cables. I bought a 5 pack of some 19.6in Barrina branded connector wires, Barrina 19.6 Inches Connecting Wires Connect Cords for LED T5 T8 Tube Bulbs Integrated Fixture Cable 3 Prong Connector 5-Pack I verified these wires worked and will likely end up using these for my lights in the basement shop. I also bought a 2 pack of 1.5m (5ish ft) cables from an off brand T5 T8 LED Lamp connecting wire, SinLoon Ceiling Lights,Daylight LED integrated tube cable linkable cords for LED Tube Lamp Holder Socket Fittings with Cables(2-PACK) (1.5 M) These cables also worked as well and i made use of one of these cables for my two lights in the center. What is frustrating is that a 6 pack of these lights with all the wires and hardware is ~$50 whereas I spent ~$13 on 5 x 19.6in cables and ~$9 on the 2 x 1.5m cables. Overall, for the price I spent on these great quality lights and the extra cables, I can't complain too much and am still incredibly happy with how it all turned out. I have recommended these lights to all my friends for use in their garage or shops spaces. I can't wait to order a few more sets of the 4000K lights to really do up my basement work area.

Fantastic lights. I ordered 3 sets, then ordered one more. I've had 24 of these in my wood shop (24x30) for 3 months now. They all worked from day one. I have 53,000 lumens for under 500 watts for under $200.00. (I turned on one of my task lights and had to hold my hand under it because I wasn't sure it was on). I've ordered 3 more sets for another location, and when I finish burning through the last of my spare florescent bulbs I'm tearing those out of my basement and putting these in. They come with a lot of cords, so you have a lot of wiring options. I direct wired all of mine. The easiest installation is to daisy chain in a row, but its all easy. The screws that come with the clips are useless, I drilled my clips out and used sheetrock screws. They are very light weight, so it doesn't take much to hold them up. =>Mount the clips - snap in the light - plug it in - mount the clips - snap in the light - plug it in ... repeat as necessary.

what can I say really? These things are amazing! We have an older home and are renovating it, I explored all options as far as shop lights and then a ton of individual bulb lights to light up our dark basement and the cost or labor involved in each was more than the cost of these LED lights. I will be buying more as I now want to put these in my garage and my attic. These put off a TON of light, I am very impressed. I left them on all night as a burn in test and in the morning after being on for nearly 12 hours, the aluminum was not even warm to the touch. Very well built and they work great! Excellent purchase. Everyone that comes over and sees them wants me to send them a link to buy them here on amazon so they can replace their shop lights in garage/basement areas. These would work great for a ton of applications, pretty much limitless as long as its not outdoors in the rain or moisture. *Edit* This is my second order of these lights. I liked them so much I decided to order more, for the attic, basement, and garage. I am even thinking about putting these above the closet door inside with a door switch so when the door is opened it turns on the light. They provide excellent light for the cost, I am very impressed!

Awesome lights! Can not emphasize enough how good of a deal these are. They're able to be mounted flush very easily with a couple screws. They have flush connectors and flexible extensions that allow pretty much unlimited options. Light output is very impressive and I completely believe the 2200lm per 4ft strip claim. It was very tough finding LED strips in a 6500k color temp that wasn't blowing the budget, fortunately this were available. For comparison, my T8 bulbs in the other fixtures are philips 6500k fluorescent bulbs and match very very closely. I ordered 2 sets of 6 4ft strips and mounted them on the previously unlit part of my garage ceiling. They make a huge difference and distributed the light exactly the way I wanted. They have been mounted for a couple weeks now, and left on for days on end with no appreciable heat production, flickering, or any other complaints. If you can get them while they're in stock I would get them before they run out again.

I didn't expect much from these, but I figured 6 of them would be enough to do something. Boy was I wrong, these put out an immense amount of light. I installed them in my garage in basically a U shape, using the suppling connectors to tie them together, and it looks like a hospital room in there now. The amount of light these put out is more than enough for a garage. They're very easy to mount because they're so light, so they just use a simple bracket that screws into the ceiling, no searching for studs or anything of the sort. Only complain is that I wish they had an option for longer cords that connect the lights together so you would have more options on how to mount them instead of end-to-end.

Bought these to replace an 8ft, 4 bulb fluorescent fixture in my garage. Originally when I opened the box, the product seemed cheap and lightweight. I felt like I'd been had. I set them up on the garage ceiling anyway and turned them on. My garage is approx 23'x25' and one row of these mounted close to the wall on one end of the garage lit the place up so much better than the old fixture ever had. I had originally planned on getting 5 sets of these lights but after seeing how bright they are, I think 2 sets would provide plenty of light for anything I'll be doing in there. In the box came 6 lights, 6 power cords w/switch, 6 (6 inch-ish) jumper cables, 6 short, direct connect jumpers, 6 end caps, 2 clips per "bulb", 1 tiny screw per clip. The screws are laughable tiny. They may work if mounting directly to wood, but probably not if you're screwing thru drywall into ceiling joists. You have to be careful in selecting a replacement because the profile of the head has to be tiny to prevent the aluminum body of the light from hitting the screw head causing it to fail to engage in the clip. Lights are super lightweight tho, so you don't need a much bigger screw.

These lights are perfect! 6500k matches my computer monitor's frequency, which is awesome because I do graphic design and it doesn't mess up my colors or flicker. When I am done designing I also have 12 of these lights in my vehicle wrap installation bay. They are so perfectly bright that I can find defects in the paint on cars before I start the wrap installation. I can not live without these lights. My eye strain is zero when I have finished working under them for 12 hours straight. Oh and these lights are so light and they have a nice aluminum casing. They even work when it is 10 below 0. I have had them for more than 6 months of continuous work and they are not any dimmer since the day I installed them. l have 6 bulbs linked all on one switch, super easy to install. All you need is a Philips head screw driver and a ladder.

I won't lie. The build quality is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL on these. The plastic is flimsy, the aluminum extrusions are PAPER thin. I dropped one on my foot/shoe (at the distance from my hip) , and it crinkled the aluminum. That being said... You mount them on your ceiling and never touch them again. You don't move lights around... you hold them like a flashlight. You put some screws in the ceiling, run the wiring... plug them in. And never touch them again. So I don't care that they are made flimsy. Like everyone else says. The light is bright as could be. Its right down the middle of Warm light and Cool blue. For the price, I highly recommend them. Just be prepared to buy some wiring extensions, unless you run them back to back.

Building a house & shop on a budget. Lighting is crucial, but you don’t always get what you pay for so I went out on a limb with these lights. They aren’t top build quality, but they aren’t horrible either. Especially because the only time you’ll be handling them is during installation. These are so low profile, it’s awesome!! No reason to have a tall shop with lights that hang down 2’ right?! I’ve got 11’ ceilings in my 1100sq ft shop. Just 6 of these as the only light source offer enough light to work comfortably in. However, when I get everything all set up, I’ll probably buy another set so I can have some brighter light in focused areas. Cons: I only wish these were better set up to hard wire. It’s not a big deal especially for me as I’m still in the building phase. I just wired up two ceiling outlets to a switch so I can plug the lights in and turn everything on and off from a switch. Over all, awesome lights! Very happy with my purchase!
