Great product and super fast shipping and great customer service

Great product for the price. Bought a blue and red DVD player, colors are vibrant and great for the kiddos. Service was/is excellent with spacekey. Easy to register and get warranty. Everything mentioned is the description is accurate. Swivels, car charger, wall plug and connection cords to tv. Now time to watch movies . Great purchase!! I would recommend to anyone to buy

Time Alone Well Spent!

I use it for a variety of things.I only have basic TV service, so by havng it I can look at something of interest instead of watching things I dislike.I can read my bible or just listen as it is read.Good also for keeping me company on trips and when away from home.I can even play some games by myself or with others.

Used to spend quality time with granddaughter watching cartoons before bed. Great way to help a 3 yr old wind down, go to sleep, and let her old papa get tons of cuddle time and hugs.:) the only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars is because ive only used it about 20 minutes so far to test it out before her coming to spend the week with us. But so far so good!

Great player for the price.

I have only had the product for one day, but it is exactly what I was looking for. I use this little player for watching movies in my bedroom where we have no tv. I also plan to use for travel. The sound quality is good. The video quality is pretty good. It is what I would expect from a player of this size and price. I have 2 suggestions for manufacturer. 1. I was the remote buttons were easier to see. The little buttons have white printing on light grey buttons. 2. My only other suggestion would be to make the play, pause, stop functions easier to use on the device itself. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the player, especially for the affordable price.

Nice portable player

Needed a portable CD/DVD player and this fits the bill - right size and price; also, I had a little problem and customer service solved it quickly and courteously. Great company! This is really a neat, affordable, and convenient DVD player. It's great for travel, too.

Quick Delivery, Great Customer Service, Great Value

I bought two of these units as Christmas gifts for our kids, so have not yet used them. I will update once I do. However, I researched many different units and screen sizes and was happy with the reviews of others to base my purchase off of. Additionally, one customer said they received a unit that did not work out of the packaging and customer service replaced it immediately. That was the ticket for me. The delivery was quick and in great packaging. The units are a good quality with easy to read buttons. I love that it has a car charger for the use of road trips and can be plugged into a TV for the use in a hotel room or at a relative's house. The 12 month warranty was also a big plus and super easy to activate. In fact, I was unsure if both units were covered because the process was so simple, so I used the online chat service to check. The response was immediate, extremely polite and helpful. Small thing, but I love that I can have a red one for my son and a blue one for my daughter!

Update- company contacted me. They are sending new av cable. Great customer service. My intention was to use as portable dvd with ability to connect to our tv. Just received this today. Hooked it up to tv with av cord provided. The display on tv is awful. If you hold the cable a certain way by the connector to the DVD player the picture clears up a little. Tried to message the manufacturer. Also sound only comes through portable DVD player. Still waiting for response. Disappointed.

Love these’

I bought one for each of my kids and they LOVE them! They each get to watch what they want and can have their headphones in so they’re not bugging each other. They are simple to use even for my 6 and 3 year olds and seem pretty durable. They hold a good charge as well
