I love this pan, cleans beautifully, cooks well. However I do not use any metal utensils in it.

The pan is good quality and heavy.

The pan is large and catches splatters so the cooking area stays clean. It heats quickly on a 1800 watt induction cooler and cooking is even on the bottom. It brought water to a boil in less than 2 minutes for us. Wife says she will be using it for most all cooking.

Finally, a large pan that works on my induction cook top.

I love cooking on my island with my induction burner instead of facing the stove top and wall all the time. Often I needed a larger pan to do what I needed and I ended up back at the stove. After a long search, I'm delighted to find a wok style pan in a 13 inch with high sides and a lid. This is ideal for much of the wok style cooking I do and it's perfect on my induction cook top. It's a cinch to clean and it's a pleasure to have this size.
