This inexpensive hose completely took care of the problem we were having will difficult starting and low flame on our Weber Baby Q. Wish I had done this years ago. The regulator connects directly to the propane tank so the whole hose does not have to pressure up which often caused the safety feature in the tank to automatically restrict propane flow. Elegant solution.

Replacing this valve may be the cure to your BBQ grill woes. Now my grill lights up instantly. One way to find out if your valve needs replacing is that you should hear an audible hiss or gas release sound when turning your propane tank on (opening up the outlet knob fully). Another problem could be your electric igniter is broken. In my case I have resorted to using a hand held long-neck lighter.

Works perfect on my weber Q300. All the weber regulators I got have leaked and the last one leaked out of the box! This appears to be better made than the webers and I don't have to buy the manifold that weber forces you to buy with the regulator.

This has the standard size brass nut to fit 99.9999% of grills out there so of course it fit perfectly on my 2003 Weber Genesis Silver A and was half the price of a Weber brand replacement. Sometimes when you open the package you instantly know why something was half price but not here; the hose and all the fittings seemed to be high quality and heavy duty, you should have absolutely no reservations about buying this item. The only real question is whether you need this one with the 2 ft. hose or the one with a 5 ft. hose https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LW2YZMJ/ref=s9_acsd_hps_bw_c_x_10_w

My Weber spirit e210 is about 5 years old and the old regulator was leaking gas (plus grill wasn’t performing). I read several reviews of various competing products and decided to give this a chance. I ordered the 2 ft version based on a review by a Weber spirit owner. Please note the OEM line is 33 inches, so you may want the longer 3.5 ft version. Also, the OE equipment has the propane tank screw at a right angle to the regulator (like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01J5DLW9K/ref=psdc_7787980011_t2_B01GZPBCPU), so you may want to look at that. The 2 ft hose DOES work, but you will have less flexibility in how you orient the tank in the cabinet and the hose retainer bracket will be unuseable. That said, so far so good....grill heats like new. (0-400 degrees in about 30 seconds, 500 under 2 minutes, 60 degrees OAT, calm wind). Cheap fix. Yay!

I made a rolling cart with a side table for my BBQ grill because the grill is free standing and I had to disconnect the tank when I moved it. My regulator/hose was too short. I found a listing from DozyAnt that discribed exactly what i needed. I purchased the DozyAnt 2' Universal QCC1... hose and installed it. It is perfect for my purpose. The quality of the DozyAnt regulator/hose matches any of those I found at the stores I had shopped at for this item. I would recommend this product to anyone who needed to replace their regulator/hose on their grill or other L.P. unit. And to check DozyAnt's listing for other related items. Thank you...Bob

This is a good sturdy regulator and hose I thought when I first arrived. I attached it to my tank and attached it to my grill. Did the soapy water test, it leaked! Was not too happy as I was planning a barbecue dinner that night. I contacted Amazon and DozyAnt about the problem. I was promptly issued a refund from Amazon and DozyAnt send me a new set up, which works just fine. Great customer service!

Recently noticed the slight smell of propane from my Weber Genesis 300 series grill. After closer inspection I noticed that the propane hose had melted and there might be some small pinhole leaks. Not wanting to take a chance of fire I replaced with this Dozyant product. It was much less expensive than the Weber regulator and hose. The only difference in this case was the original had an L-shaped regulator and this one is straight but still works fine. Installation was a breeze and am enjoying grilling again.

Turned burners on to fire up BBQ and the propane was pouring out of burners, very loud noise. Just used it night before and it worked perfect. Took a $10 gamble it was the regulator and yep, it was. Takes a 19mm wrench to remove old and install this one. Cresent wrench would work also. No reason to buy a more expensive propane hose/regulator, 24" fits perfect under BBQ with plenty of hose to remove the tank and refill. If your BBQ is making a loud noise when opening up the burners, replace the regulator and hose. Yes regulator go bad and Dozyant Universal fit works perfect ....

Bought this to replace another factory hose. The original one was not able to tap into a certain tank. Almost returned the tank, but thought I would try another hose first, because I know the tank was full and I wanted to rule out the possibility of the original valbe/hose being the problem. This one worked perfectly. This one was also longer than the original one that came with the grille.
