Easy to install

Easy to install on the sink faucet in my medical clinic. Love that I can still use the sink with device attached. Just one quick turn and converts into the eyewash station.

Great eyewash faucet at a great price.

The faucet comes with a bunch of various adapters to fit most spouts. Of course mine was the one that didn't fit any of the adapters. Kevin was very helpful and quickly shipped me a non-standard sized adapter. Everything installed easily and works like a charm. In today's uncaring world, it's nice to find a company that cares about the customer.

Quality Product!

I bought two of these to use in our medical practices. I was unable to install one of them because the adapters that were provided did not work with one of our faucets. The owner, Kevin, was quick to respond to my support request and sent out new adapters the next day. Everything looks, and works perfectly now. Great customer service!!

These eyewash stations are a great value for the price. They work great and were very easy to install (5 minutes per station). The various adapters included worked on most of my faucets, but one in particular was difficult. I contacted the company and not only did they respond quickly, but within 3 business days I had the correct adapter for my faucet.

This is a great faucet eye wash and the company when I had a problem was eager to help.

I recommend this eye wash to any one that needs a faucet add on eye wash, I insulted it on a small lab sink and it doesn't take up a lot of area, but makes a safe place to flush eyes. I did not know what faucet I had and owner of Smarterfresh was quick to help me solve the problem of the adapter. This product is well built.

Quality product & works great!

The eye wash attachment arrived to us packaged very nicely and included extra adapters, just like the item details promised. It also included a blank form to log when we test it monthly, which is very nice! While we had some initial (and anticipated) issues with the fit of the eye wash station onto our sink--imagine my surprise that the seller had already reached out to me the day we received it to be sure the install was successful. The seller was super responsive by email and let me know how we could fix it locally, or that he could send out additional adapters free-of-charge which would hopefully secure the eye wash to the sink. They arrived the next day and yay--they worked! We are very happy with our purchase: the eye wash station is well made and is very easy to use if our team ever needs to in an emergency. We are very satisfied with this purchase! You will be too.

Great Product

We ordered this eyewash station, but when I attached it, there was a leak. Emailed back and forth with the seller, they sent out a new one immediately and it worked perfectly! Kevin was great and so is the eyewash station.

VERSATILE & HANDY

I bought this to help with dry eyes. I found other uses for the 2 rotating outlets i.e. drinking fountain, face rinsing, hair washing to name a few. No problem with installation, correct adapter was included. High quality and well worth the money to me for a multifunction accessory.

Perfect!

We needed an eyewash station at our office and only had one faucet that could accommodate the eyewash. The faucet was small and I worried we wouldn't find one that would fit. I ordered the SmarterFresh because it came with several adapters. The instructions were very easy to understand but, unfortunately, none of the adapters worked to make it fit to our faucet. The instructions said to contact the supplier before sending it back, so I did. The owner of SmarterFresh, Kevin, immediately emailed back to say he would send more adapters free of charge. I sent him a picture of my faucet and he sent more adapters in the mail that same day. We got them a couple days later and one fit perfectly. It works exactly as it should. We are very happy with our eyewash station!
