Good but not great / update! great customer service

It serves it’s purpose, I bought it because my IPhone 6s was losing battery life quickly. This was convenient in that it gave my phone back up battery for a full day. The case is sturdy and I loved the color. It seems like this battery case is already not keeping as good of charge as the first couple weeks when I bought it. The case is a tiny bit heavier but not so much that it’s a bother. The big downside is how difficult it is to get my phone out of it. Putting your phone in is easy it’s just taking it out takes some maneuvering. And can be difficult at times. I would not buy this again but it has been good. I’d do more research and buy one that releases easier considering I use it a lot . Update 4-23-18 I contacted the company to let them know my battery phone charger wasn’t working at all now. They responded within a few hours and after I emailed them my transaction number and proof of purchase they responded by saying it will be replaced in the next 3-5 days because it has a one year warranty! That is great customer service and I now recommend this product based on the customer service!

Good product and customer service

My wife's iPhone battery kept drawing down very quickly after a software update. Got a new battery from the Apple Store but battery life was woefully insufficient. I decided to look for a solution in the form of a battery cover. Did some research online and decided on The Pxwaxpy battery cover because it is slim and claimed to be able to deliver two charges. Product arrived well packaged and with instructions. Installed easily enough just be careful of the pin charger when fitting it to your iPhone. Had one issue the battery case has an on off button on the rear which I was unaware of so it wasn't charging the phone. Contacted the seller told him about the problem and received a quick response......problem solved cover works great ......wife can use phone for two days without charging......

Design is excellent

I got my battery case and im very impress with the design, its perfec, not to bulky fits great on my pockets, the power indicator is very nice also. I usually charge my phone alot since im always using it but this is amazing it has helped keep my phone charge great, I highly recommend this to everyone. Delivery was excellent. This product met all my expectations.. You will not be dissapointed Thank you so much

Great product very efficient especially when you we are traveling everywhere and the battery goes weaker and weaker every second that passes… At least with this portable case charger I can be a little bit more relaxed knowing that if the words should come and I have no battery this would recharge it at least a full 100% two thumbs up👍👍

Works Great

I’ve owned other similar products, and they were poorly made, I had all kinds of issues with the charging cables falling out, and poor chargeing. This unit performed flawlessly! The cable receiver, a far superior design, where the charging cable fit very snugly I like the smart charge technology, and the heavy duty feel of the case. About three weeks after purchasing it, I unfortunately dropped it in the toilet. The design of the case, and cable element saved my iPhone. However the battery charger was toast! I just ordered a replacement, again, I have owned several of these, and this unit is by far the best on Amazon for the 6S

Long-lasting, grips well in hand

I used this for my iPhone 7 which is about 3.5 years old and has gotten to the point where I'm considering a battery replacement. This case does exactly what I expected it to do and now I can comfortably go through the entire day without needing to charge my phone (I work in a lab where cell service is spotty so my phone drains its power trying to reconnect). The coating of the case isn't as slick as other cases I've tried and so it doesn't slip out of my hands at all. The only complaint I have about all battery cases in general is that it's noticeably heavier than the naked phone, but hey, that's pretty much the case when you put a case on any phone you've only used naked for a long period of time. I haven't drop tested the case because I actually plan to use this regularly, but since it's a battery case I'm going to assume that it isn't as durable as a non-battery case. There is a lip over the edges of the phone that end up flush with my Zagg glass screen protector, so the screen will definitely be protected in the event of a fall.

Made my trip to Walt Disney World much easier!

The battery case was easy to attach to my phone. It charges in no time and re-charges my iphone battery quickly. I didn't have to look for ways to charge my phone while at DisneyWorld when battery was getting low. All I had to do was press the button on the back of the case and it started charging my iphone. A trip to DisneyWorld can drain your phone battery quickly, as you use the Disney World app while in the parks to keep track of Fast Passes, Wait Times on rides and keeping up with others that are on vacation with you, with texting back and forth. Having this battery case on my phone is also way cheaper than having to buy a new phone just because of the battery draining quickly. I only had to use the battery case once each day to make it through the day.

Great case for extra power, but it doesn't work with plug-in headphones and car play

The case works great for situations where you need more power to keep your phone charged! It is easy to put on the phone and easy to charge the battery pack. The charging of the phone is very fast! It also seems very durable. There were some minor scratches after using it for a couple of days without having ever dropped it, but not a big deal when weighed against the extra charging power. The only downside is that if you have to plug in headphones or plug into car play with the lighting port, they will not work. I will mostly keep this case on my phone, and just plan on removing the case when I need to use headphones or car play. So, overall I would recommend this case.

Keeps phone fully charged wherever

I usually carry around my power bank with me. (More often than not, I charge my phone at least 2x a day.) However, the long wires and the excessive weight of the power bank bothers me when I carry only my wallet as I have to walk around with a power bank in my hand, wires dangling around. For this reason, I decided to get a charging case. I was quite hesitant as I was afraid it would mess up my battery. However with this case, the battery can easily be turned on/off with a touch of a button so your battery isn’t messed with. The case was able to charge my phone 2x after a couple hours of charging, which is pretty standard. The case is is lightweight and not too bulky unlike others. The borders are nice and thin and the battery is slim. The battery case can be recharged using your lighting cable which is another plus, since you don’t have to scramble around looking for a micro usb. Overall I would recommend this product for those tired of carrying around a powerbank.

Very convenient, not too thick/heavy

I am constantly on my phone for either school or to use Waze for navigation, so a full charge is usually not enough to get through most weekdays. I have an external battery pack, but I either forget to bring it or don’t realize that it needs to be charged until I’ve already left home and it’s too late to get the cable to charge it. So I needed a backup for those situations and this piqued my interest. It comes charged, so you can put the case on right out of the box. There’s a lightning to lightning adapter at the bottom that you need to make sure you don’t bend when inserting into your phone since that’s what allows you to charge both the phone and the case with your lightning cable. So far, it works fine and I don’t even notice the added thickness/weight (compared to when I just had an Otterbox Symmetry case on my phone) anymore. One thing I noticed is that it may not work with your car magnetic phone holder. I can feel it being attracted to the holder, but it’s not strong enough to actually stay on while driving. Not really a big deal for me since I need to get a non-magnetic holder anyways in order to use my wireless charging dock. But something to consider.
