Samsung Sport Band for Small Wrists

I bought the gingerbread 20mm leather watch band for my Samsung Sport watch. I have small wrists, 5.5", so was worried this band would not fit. However it fits great, I wear it on the 3rd from last hole loosely or the 2nd hole for a tighter fit. Swapping to this band was easy. There are springs in the hinges to help secure to the watch face. It appears to attach securely, so it won't come unattached- therefore losing my expensive smart watch! After 2 days of wearing, I have not broken out in a rash from the clasp. I have allergies to most metals, this happened to my last band I bought for this watch. CON I have 1 con, the band squeaks at the point of contact between the watch band and the metal watch. Anytime friction occurs between these two, it squeaks. The watch band is thick, therefore it touches the metal on the side of the watch (the hinge part). 95% of the time this is not an issue, but whenever I apply pressure to the watch (i.e. to use it, check notifications, etc.) It squeaks. It doesn't squeak when I move my arm/wrist to check the time. All in all, its not really a big deal. OVERALL IMPRESSION I am overall impressed with this band. It fits securely to my watch, looks nice, fits my small wrists, and seems well made. The band is unisex, I knew going into buying the samsung sport watch, the watch is a bit more masculine due to its huge size (I'm female and due to smaller wrists I've always stayed toward more delicate watches/jewelry), but this band works to make it more neutral, it can be feminine or masculine. I am going to wear it for a wee bit longer to see how it holds up, then I will probably buy more of the colors to accessorize. Its been tough finding watch bands that are small enough to fit my wrists, but I am hoping I found a line of bands to stay faithful to! I will update if the band doesn't hold up, otherwise if you don't see an update, no problems have occurred.

Amazing products!

I was only going to write how happy I am with my new strap (2nd one) but it won't be fair to not mention there was a little issue with my first strap (one of the clips wasn't latching) and how well the company handle the whole situation, they sent me a replacement one and an extra one in black silicone immediately at no cost to me. You can not go wrong with this strap, us very well made, good leather and amazingly it works great in my tiny wrist!

It's a GREAT fit to be Huawei Watch.

I've got the Huawei Watch Jewel. I've had it for a couple years and the original band was well worn. I wanted something close to the original in color. After a lot of researching I found the Barton watch band to be close enough. The install was simple as could be. I used a nail file to hold the slide and moved it into position. Removed the old band and installed the new band in under 2 minutes. The instructions on the box are clear, clean and VERY ready to understand. The band even came with the pins to attach to the watch. Honestly it looks as good as the original, fits better and holds the watch a bit more snug. My watch needed the 18mm, and I was worried that the Barton wouldn't be a good fit, even though it's also 18mm. The fit was perfect to the watch.

Good leather watch band, fits the Gear Sport, holding up well so far

I'm using this with the 42mm Samsung Gear Sport. When I first started looking at a leather band to replace the original, I decided to go with the cheaper 'V-Moro' brand - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077P17F6G . Well, trying to save money backfired as it didn't last but a month before the cheaper leather tore apart where the pin goes. Although it's almost double the cost, this watch band is the better choice I wish I had made in the first place. Overall it's just a better leather strap and seems to be made better as well. Also, it's not as short and should fit those bigger than my small 7.5" wrist. Installing it with the spring pins was easier and didn't require much force. The width is just enough so as not be too snug on the watch. So far, after about 3 months, I see no signs of it coming apart. Time will tell, but if you're trying to decide between the two like I was, spend the extra money once and get this better watch band.

Beautiful Quality Band

I was looking for a quality heavy duty watch band that would last longer than the “two for $10” leather bands I have purchased before. Time will tell how long it lasts, but it feels sturdy. I like that it comes with the spring loaded pins. Cheaper bands require you to have your own pins or reuse the pins from your old band. Cheaper bands crack over time revealing what appears to be a fabric core which raises the question if they are even real leather. Lastly the 20 mm band fits my 20 mm watch perfectly facilitating a much easier installation. I am going to edit my original review here because I did not understand initially what quick release means. I actually installed this band with the tool I use for regular bands, having no idea what quick release means or how to use the feature for installing. Yes I’m an idiot. So my comment should be the quick release feature works as it should making it possible to install and remove the band in seconds. Since this band has a more casual look I may buy another quick release band for formal wear.

A supple leather strap

The strap is very soft and durable, I guess the right word would be the strap feels supple in the hand. A natural crease will develop over time, which is a characteristic of leather. The product description and the leather band is marked with "top grain leather" which is the second highest grade of cow leather only topped by full grain leather. I cannot attest if this is truly top grain leather because this is my first top grain leather product. However, I do know that at this price point we are usually given genuine leather. I will give the strap some more time and test the strap's long-term durability and adjust the rating accordingly. * The watch I have on in the picture is the Seiko 5 snk803 and it pairs well with the saddle brown strap.

Soft

This is a really nice band. Simple design. Flat matt black leather. Very soft right out of the box. Quick release works great. I think this is a perfect match for the minimalist style of my Mondaine. I really wish this same leather came in red so that I could swap between the two. I have bought and returned four bands for a couple watches before finding this one. I've tried price points between $10-$25 with and without quick release. This one has a quality that is heads and shoulders better than leather band I've owned. f you want a band in any of the colors this comes in, buy this now.

High quality, easy install

Very impressed! Purchased the espresso 18mm to replace the silicone band that came with my Withings Activite Steel; it looks fantastic and installation couldn't have been easier. The band is very comfortable, quality is great, packaging was very nice. I like that the loop that holds the extra band in place doesn't slip around, which was an annoyance with my old band.
