perfect fit
haven't replaced the old one yet but this appears to be a perfect fit for our old anode. looks like the same size and all dimensions seem the same. hoping this improves the water heater function in our RV

Like a glove!
Perfect fitment, goes right in my suburban 6 gallon RV water heater. It uses 3/4 npt threads, but uses 1 and 1/16 socket to install. I used a little petroleum jelly on the water heater threads and Teflon tape on the anode rod threads, probably not needed but if you have ever had to try to get one out that is rusted in, you will wish you that you would of used something to the likes of that above, the first time. Thanks

Exactly what I expected

Quality RV water heater anode
This anode for my Suburban water heater is a magnesium version not the aluminum kind and should last much longer . Having done tech work for 24 years it is still advisable to flush the debris out once the drain/anode is removed .One of the inexpensive plastic ones with the bend at the end works great .It will help reduce trash in the faucet aerators .

Easy to change
Perfect fit for my Suburban water heater. Easy to do yourself. I will do this more often now that I know how easy it is.

Quick service
Thank you for the quick shipping and follow up. I will be installing this anode rod later today. I'm a new RV owner and still learning about all these little items that need attention.

Perfect fit
I didn’t actually use it yet, but it’s exactly what I need. I know it will work for my application. Seems well constructed. It’s part of rv maintenance. You replace it once a year to extend the life of your water system

Suburban Water Heater
Works perfectly, as easy to install as any other, which means it's hard to get the threads in just the right place. But once you do, a few twists and you're done.

Installation was a breeze
I bought my rv second hand so I didn’t realize this was something that needed to be changed until I saw it on a YouTube video. When I checked the old one was completely gone so the head was pretty much just a cap. This one was an easy install and from what I’ve read it’s the best option from all the different types of metals these are produced with. Looks like I caught this on the Nik of time
