I found this stud finder to be an excellent purchase. I’ve used others over the years and this one is the best I have used so far. The deep scan and metal scan modes came in very handy while the A/C notification stopped me from putting a nail through an electrical line.

Does work!! Easy to use

It does work to find stud and electric wires inside the wall. 4 difference mode base on your need. You don’t need a manual to learn how to use this device. Good value and quality. Update: 11/2/2018 This Tavool stud finder finds the studs easily and the display does a great job of identifying the center of the stud. I verified that is actually works by testing it on know stud locations. Worked every time. I am concerned that the switch would read stud and AC separately, but surprised when it automatically indicates if there is a wire running while in stud mode. Feel safer if I want to drill at that location. This is the best stud finder I've ever used. I give this 5 stars based on its performance. If it later shows some lack of durability, then I will update this review accordingly.

very easy to use with multiple features

I lost my old stud finder a went with this one. It has some great features. Will warn you if you on a stud that has ac wire attached along the side. It will also give the edge and center off your stud or beam. Happy I went with it. You can't go wrong. Its bigger than my old one but maybe i won't lose it

Very Accurate!

I really appreciate the fact that I can now find the center of the stud 100% of the time. I am glad to have chosen this stud finder after reading all the reviews of many others I'm sure glad I went with this one.

I received my stud finder and this thing is pretty amazing. I definitely love the absolute center finder! Really nice! I didn't even know I needed to find electrical wire but I did! Don't hesitate, this is the one to buy!

Loaded with Features

Worked fine out of the box. Upgrading garage so it was used to check for metal and wood studs. Came with a full set of instructions that helped in sorting through the features. Update: works OK for locating nails in vertical wood studs but a little cumbersome and not as easy to read when standing on a ladder and using it overhead trying to find ceiling studs. I found a magnetic stud finder worked much better.

Great tool for finding studs

This tool has performed wonderfully (as expected) and meets or exceeds my prior Stud finder (which the Nabini replaced). The Nabini stud finder also meets and exceeds my magnetic stud finders which cannot find studs behind walls that do not have nails or screws in them. The Nabini is easy to use, easy to read, and does not mark the walls when looking for studs. I've been very happy with my selection and would recommend this to anyone at home or professional needing a reliable stud finder.
