Relief from computer glare

I stare at three monitors for nine hours everyday for work and many days end up with some painful headaches that sometimes put me out of commission. With these glasses I find myself experiencing less eye strain and less pain in my head. I am not sure how these filter out the light that strains my eyes, but I am happy it does. The quality, fit and finish of the glasses are good quality and ones that I would wear out in public and they do help with reducing my eye strain and I am happy for that.

I'm in the medical field and everything now is on the computer, It's exhausting looking at electronics all day. These simple glasses help. I have good vision and don't wear glasses, but I now use these during peak computer times. Less eye strain and fatigue. Thumbs up. An aside: Get off the screens! Get away from them as much as possible and be a doer without them. Improve your eyes, mood, sleep, physical body, etc. Get outdoors, read a real book, work your mind in other ways, talk to people directly- voice to voice, in their presence(well, most people); what an amazing transformation that can happen!

Blue light filter

Before you get this you should be aware that they are NOT reading glasses but designed to filter the blue light from your electronic devices (tablet, tv, computer monitor, phone, etc). The blue light can keep you in insomnia even after you are away from the devices. This filters it out. I originally thought that they were reading glasses but I'm happy for the mistake. I have a problem sleeping and after trying these for two nights I fell asleep easily and stayed that way last night. I couldn't be happier!

Interesting concept and it will take awhile to adequately explore them.

These are not magnifying glasses, they are blockers of blue light and are for the purpose of relieving eye strain. Both the wife and I have been using these daily and there is a time period which has to be explored to understand if they are doing some things which we need. We shall continue on with them as we have had them for two weeks now and so far they have been unobtrusive as we wear them. Shall have to report more later! So far so good!

Comfortable, lightweight and nice-looking to boot.

This is a review of the KENZHOU Blue Light Blocking Computer Glasses 2 Pack Anti Eye Eyestrain Unisex with Spring Hinges. I first found out about blue light blocking glasses months ago and have been a big fan of them since. I spend a lot of time on my iPad and cell phone and I am prone to headaches. Since I have been wearing blue light blocking glasses, my headaches have decreased. Blue light blocking glasses are supposed to have other health benefits but I can’t verify that - I can say that my eyes definitely feel less strained when I wear them. These particular glasses are great; they are really nice looking with both a tortoise shell frame and a blue one. Both are attractive and very, very lightweight which is very important to me. I just can’t wear any reading glasses or sunglasses if they have any heft to them; they just bother me. These glasses look good, feel good on my face and are very easy to clean. They also come in a nice case. All in all, I do recommend these. Do note that if you’re looking for reading glasses, you may want to look for blue ray blocking reading glasses.
