Handy, Accurate Measurement

Finally got to use this tool and it worked very well setting the height of a table saw blade. The only issue is that the tool itself is too narrow to span the blade insert and the imbedded magnets do not contact the ferrous metal table top to hold itself in place. Still, it aided in adjusting the blade height and will continue to use this tool

Great height gauge

This gauge reads accurately compared to my digital calipers. I use it to measure my router bit height in router table, so the magnets are of no help. You have to make sure you hold it flat as you crank up the height if the bit. I measure at the tip of the carbide cutter edge and this seems to be within a few thousands of the final depth that the router cuts. This I measure using a digital caliper. The numbers are nice and large, but viewing angle is not so wide, you have to look at it almost directly.

Worked Great

Got this for use on my table saw and router table. Like the product, good clear digital readout and the product works great. The only negative I would say is that it has a plastic body, So you will want to be careful with it, but for the price that is what i was expecting so no deductions on the rating. Have only used it a couple of times, but have other Tacklife products that have stood up to garage shop abuse and keep on going, and I expect the same out of this product.

Good for the price, gets the job done

Tacklife is a pretty good brand for tools, and I've started to get more from them recently. This one is good and accurate, no real issues with it. I use it for my table saw when I want to make sure I am cutting a certain depth. I wish it were made with more metal so it felt sturdier, but its the same or better than comparable products from other companies. Highly recommend this one, and their other tools.

Review.

I gave this as a gift to my brother-in- law as a Christmas gift he is a very dedicated woodworker and is away looking for tools that work. This is a tool that works well, I like it can be used on different tools for any depth measurement. I own one as well and it works very well.

Neat tool for setting blade height

Easy to use. The easiest way I've found to use it is to zero the gauge and run the blade up while watching the display. When you're to the height you want, lock the blade down and you're done. Not the most robust tool in my shop but works well.

Super simple time saver

I use this to adjust my table saw blade to the proper hieght. So far I love it. Very easy to read and to use. Probably cant take any abuse seeing it's all plastic but for it's intended use it works very well.

Accuracy

This tool enables me to set my table saw and routers back to the exact measurments to duplicate the same cuts over and over even after making other cuts at different levels.

Nice tool

It is a nice tool. It surprised me with magnets in its feet, so it stands on its own. It's all plastic, but still worth the money!

I used this to set the depth of cut for some lap joints and it made the process easy.
