Amazing!

Immediately after the first use, I love it! I'm amazed at how well it removes carpet stains! I had one spot that a professional carpet cleaner could never seem to get rid of every time he cleaned. I used the Bissell Pet Stain Eraser on the spot and now it's gone! I love it so much that I ordered the full size carpet cleaner and can't wait to clean all of my carpets and upholstery.

I first bought the bissell cross wave and fell in love with it, it saved me from going insane with having a new puppy learning to potty train, so when I saw that bissell made a hand held for the couch or just for light weight duties I was really excited! I use it mainly on my couch especially when puppies have upset tummies and they puke on your couch works great I haven’t been happier with both these products, it makes my everyday cleaning so easy. And it’s not necessarily just cleaning behind puppies but for cleaning my carpet once a week with the febreeze cleaning bottle my carpet smells awesome which makes your house smell awesome, your couch smells awesome and no pet hair I mean this is just great, I love love love these products. I saw that someone didn’t like there bissell hand held because it leaked but I haven’t had that issue and also if you fill it to the max line there shouldn’t be a problem.

This is a great hand held wet vac

This is a great hand held wet vac. I've had a couple of other portable wet vacs and this one is definitely the best one so far. The suction power is impressive for a handheld. As long as you follow the instructions and don't over wet the spot you're cleaning, it sucks up most of what you have sprayed. I found it sucks the cleaner out of the carpet if you don't press super hard.

Why didn’t I buy one of these months ago?

This vac works beautifully to quickly clean up stains. I have an aging dog who is have accidents with increasing frequency. This makes me able to focus more on her and less on the mess. Plus, it is easy to rinse the dirty bits once you’re done. Love it!

Just received the product, already tried it on cat vomit , it work like a charm. Very easy to use. Not heavy at all. Does the job.

Fast easy clean up

I had my doubts when I purchased the cleaner, but it has exceeded our expectations for cleaning and ease of use. We have three cats who like to eat things that don't agree with them. For some reason they don't figure out that they can avoid puking if the were to stop eating those plants. Anyhow it use to be a daily chore to scrub the spots on the carpet. Now it takes one a minute to clean as many spots as they can make. Clean up is easy too as it is designed to have the tanks and suction area pop off. Great product, great design.

Speedy Delivery ! I couldn't wait to try this out. It was charged just enough when I received it to use on a part of my carpet where one of my Yorkie's had a little accident the other day. It was so easy to use and got the stain out. I have a Bissell shampooer ( I didn't get on Amazon) and it works great but I hated hauling it out for a little spot on the carpet. There were 2 small bottles of carpet cleaner in the box that came with the cleaner. Its so easy to charge and it has a blue light which tells you when the charging is done. I just love Bissell products.

Indispensable!

One of my best purchases ever! I use it for all sorts of cleaning, not just pet messes. I cannot recommend the associated cleaner enough -- it eventually cleaned up a months old ballpoint pen ink stain in my high pile carpet. I have discovered that cleaning all of the removable pieces after each use insures peak performance. I've also found that the canister for the cleaning fluid leaks if you leave it in the carpet cleaner for any extended period of time -- so I remove it as well each time I use it. The battery holds up well for small tasks, but you probably want a full charge before attempting, say, cleaning the interior of an automobile.
