Great deal for basic telescope with many cool features.

This is a great telescope for the price. I am still trying to figure out the different eye pieces and when to use each one. The direction booklet tells you how to put the telescope together with very easy to understand instructions. The camera holder is great to take pictures, but weight of the phone pulls the telescope down a bit, so you have to adjust/ allow for that during set up. Watched the lunar eclipse through windows with screen and saw great. Then it was too cold outside to follow the moon as it got too high in the sky. Saw planet, too. This has been so much fun to learn aboot telescopes with the kids and for myself.

As a science teacher I got the scope for my students as well as myself to enjoy evenings off studying our solar system and other marvels of the universe. The scope is easy to use and set up I bought a couple of Amazon's books on sky gazing and plan to use this to observe the Moon and it has a camera attachment so that we can video or take pictures with a cell phone making it a great tool for the classroom and the enjoyment of us all!!
