I love the quality of the hose. It seems better than the original one comes with my LG AC. I had a minor issue with the installation. The customer service responded very quickly and solved my problem right away. I would definitely recommend!

It had become warm here and I needed the AC for when I came home from the hospital from a knee replacement. Great product

So far I'm happy with this purchase. Great product and price for our portable LG air conditioner! Easy to install too. Our original vent started falling apart within a couple months after we purchased our air conditioner and had been using duct tape to reinforce it. So far it's been working well.
