just what i wanted and then some. very solidly built and a smart, easy to use design. I would consider it commercial grade. I am very satisfied!

All parts of the package seem to be well made and the pole can add several kinds of accessories which is very handy around the house.

We have tons of tall windows on the lake side of our house which looked terrible -- between the pine pollen, dirt, and spider webs. It was a workout on a hot day, but the 12' DocaPole allowed me to get to even the highest windows and they now look perfect. Great purchase.

I particularly liked that the squeegee was removable for cleaning. I now can look forward to sparkling second story windows.

Besides cleaning the outside of my windows with the Doca I even used the squeegee and scrubbing pad without pole for inside window areas. My windows are no higher than 10 feet so full extension of pole was not necessary; that that extension the pole seemed sturdy. Changing squeegee heads will be a bit tough but I put on the longest to start and will probably not need to change it out for my needs. I do like that the scrubber head comes off, Velcro or not, fit tight or not; it is nice to be able to replace and wash it. I can see myself making additional scrubbing heads if this one wears out.

I used the squeegee pole to clean the exterior glass roof of my sunroom. The adjustable implement angle allowed me to stand on a 3 ft. platform rather than on an eight ft. stepladder which improves safety. All parts are well engineered and not flimsy. Two suggestions: sell an adjustable angle fitting for half way up the pole and I would not need a ladder at all and add a scrub brush fitting for the end, in addition to the squeegee and wiper blade, to attack the really hard stains.

This is great for cleaning sliding glass patio doors, glass showers and real tall out of reach windows. I was surprised at how sturdy the extension piece was - often times you get a piece of junk and return it...not the case. The squeegee is excellent too - know that there are a few rubber blade lengths available to use for different projects (the fluffy part is what you wet to clean the windows, it stays in place (or it can be removed or even tilted at an angle) and the rubber/metal blades are the ones that wipe away the water - again varying sizes. As a caveat, I used one of the rubber blade thingys to help remove the bubbles from window film that I installed on a lower level window. Awesome!

The pole and cleaning pad is great however they send 3 squeegee sizes and I feel they should send 1 the size as the cleaning head. The rubber is way to thin and so you really can't use it to swipe the water off without the metal touching the glass. Used it today and had to lean out the bottom window to get the water off. Bought mainly for a picture window that's off the ground so I don't know how I will get the dirty water off. Maybe with a water hose

I bought this as a gift for the man who has everything and shops for himself!!! He is very particular about things. I had another similar product in mind that was cheaper, but cheaper is seldomly better!!! This one is great as it extends from inside the pole vs having to screw on different sizes to get the length you need. It comes with 3 different sized blades for squeeging, which is great. The pole as i mentioned is nice, it is very thick and sturdy and has 2 spots to adjust from, with nice locking clips to keep it in place at the length needed. Seems like it will last for a long time. It extends to 12 feet, so works great for the RV it was intended for. He tried it out right away and is really happy with it!!! The one thing that I wanted to find ,was an extra cleaning cloth that it does come with, but would have like to have had option to buy another 1-2 of the cloths. They are washable, but with cleaning inside and outside windows, it would be nice to have that extra one to switch to. Otherwise, happy with the choice and purchase. And have a happy man getting just what he wanted/needed!!!

I don't know why I waited so long to get this - well yes I do. Because I would look at different extensions and squeegees in the big box stores and couldn't decided if I wanted to spend the money. What if the squeegee sucked? And all the ones I had looked at only had a regular sponge/mesh scrubber thing. This one rocks! I use it on the windows at our rental cabins in the mountains, which are a serious pain in the butt to clean the outside. We had all the windows washed on both cabins in about 5 minutes. I carried the bucket and conned my husband into doing the actual washing. He started out by 'showing me how to do it' and I just let him continue "showing" me. ;-) Worked like a charm!
