This pan was just what I was looking for...even heating, easy cleanup and it works well on my induction burner.

Size is PERFECT!

Purchased for my husband specifically to cook bacon on the stove (the "old fashioned" way). After other attempts for a pan, this one was perfect! The ridges on the bottom allowed the grease to escape, while the higher sides prevented "splatter" of hot grease. He loves the copper material and good quality!

Only had this grill pan for a couple of weeks and so far it is great. The ridges on the bottom keep bacon above the grease so the bacon is more crisp. The ridges will probably also help keep the pan from warping which was a problem with the previous brand we used. It defiantly is non stick when it’s new. The square design put me off at first for some reason but it actually is and advantage when placing things like bacon in the pan. The sharper radius on the corners act as a pour spout. Got to watch that the stainless steel handle is not over the flame or it will be hot! I would rather have free lid than a free spatula but it is a nice spatula.

I use this kitchen utensil every day, it is amazingly versatile for cooking meals together for two The only thing it’s missing is a glass lid for the pan, Which will make it only more versatile. I highly recommend the purchase of this utensil
