I like the way it feels in my hand

I picked this knife up because it was on sale, but I have no arguments with it. I like the way it feels in my hand, and I find myself using it far more than I thought I would. I have more expensive knives, but this one gets daily use.

Sharp, effective knife for a terrific price!

Ordered this as a lightening deal for my Mom. Her knives are in serious need of sharpening or replacement. She was so thrilled to have received this little gem! Says it sliced her tomato for her BLT sandwhich perfectly and helped her efficiently diced and slice carrots, celery, potatoes and onion for a soup so effortlessly. Helps having a sharp knife. I would highly recommend this knife! I will be buying one for my camper. Goes through dishwasher, no problem.

fits for purpose, easy to handle and right on budget

This knife caught my eye because of layer waves. When I open the box and check carefully, the wave doesn’t seem like a real layered one and I am a bit disappointed. But when I use it to cut fruit and vegetables, its handle-ability and sharpness are impressive. Overall I like it very much because it fits for my purpose and easy to handle and right on my budget.

Great Customer Service

UPDATE: 1/3/2018 - I wanted to update my review of this knife as I wanted to use it for a while before leaving a 5 star review. The blade of the knife has held up extremely well and cuts just as sharp as i did out of the box. I use this knife to breakdown chicken wing sections, cutting vegetables, and portioning fish. The knife works very well as the thin blade makes for precision cuts on vegetables like onions that may need to be minced. I store the knife on my magnetic knife bar and have had no issues. As long as you use proper knife cleaning you will be fine. Oh and the customer service is great as well. This is a very beautiful knife and straight out of the box is really sharp. I have a couple of more expensive knives that I use mainly, yet wanted something else for smaller jobs. The first knife that arrived had the tip broken, however their customer service was amazing. I sent them an email with my order number and received a replacement in a day or so. I have used the knife for about a week now to breakdown whole chicken wings and leg quarters. It doesn't need to be sharpened and hasn't been nicked yet.

Awesome knife - very sharp

So sharp!! I LOVE this knife. I even bought a knife sheath to put it in so I could get rid of the bulky box. Now it sits in my knife drawer with all the other "good" knives.
