It's cheap and it works

This arrived FAST. The adapter works well. I found if this is plugged into a desktop computer that is low to the ground in another room, it has a hard time picking up a signal. If it is up higher it does very well. It is also easy to set up and installs the drivers on it's own. All I did was plug it in, waited for it to install drivers, then entered my WiFi network key. Less than 5 min. If you are installing this low to the ground, away from the wifi, I would advise a USB male to female adapter cable so you can raise this up for a better signal.

Don't be afraid.

Easy installation and boom, you have a wireless computer. My neighbors wireless laptop ceased to recognize it's WiFi card. I plugged this adapter in and boom, all fixed. Great product and a great price. I'm glad I bought two of them. I won't hesitate to buy more, to have on hand.

Cheap but does everything expected.

Works great. Was a little confusing to install software as you have to go into computer and click on the DVD drive. Even though there is no DVD. Once you figure that out it all falls into place. Speed is great even though it is less then others listed. The speed though is more then enough if you aren't a serious data user. Even plays online gaming fine.

Plug and play!!!

This is a great device!!! We had an older laptop that would not connect to our upgraded WiFi. I did research and found the Cudy adapter at Amazon. Problem solved!!! What really sold me was the auto-install capability. No CD or download needed. Just plug the Cudy into the computer and two clicks later you’re on line. Bonus the connection speed seems much faster than before. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend the Cudy device.

I Love These Things!

I bought several of these a few months back to use in my office without running CAT 5 cables all over. The first time, it took me a minute to figure out how to make it connect (Find the device in your MY COMPUTER area... it was the F Drive on my most of my computers, open the folder inside of it and tell it to install. Took about five seconds!) These things are tiny, but they do the job perfectly for me!

A Breeze to Install and Use

Wife's laptop only had a 2.4MgHz card. Got this and inserted into USB port. Followed the prompts and it self-installed. Works on both 2.4 and 5 bands. She is getting around 170 to 185 MBps on 5MGhz band on WiFi from a wired system that is cranking at 305MBps. Pretty sweet piece of equipment!! (Don't forget to go back into settings and disable your old WiFi card and make this the default).

Outstanding

Speeds well surpass my Intel 9260...maybe due to the antenna not being enclosed in an aluminum casing. It has software embedded on it to install simply, just by just clicking the file once your system recognizes it. For $13.00 I should of used this instead of ripping apart my new Dell XPS. Getting better WIFI connectivity speeds and less drops off the network.

Good Things Come in Small Packages

Perfect!!! Had a wifi card in a Satellite laptop that all support from Intel and Toshiba was dropped. After trying all the old familiar ways to get it to work with a multitude of older drivers, I ordered this adapter. It is a super product. I didn't even need the drivers as the Windows 10 Creators Update simply had the driver. I turned on the laptop, plugged the adapter in and walla - it was all good. I would highly recommend Cudy itself and definitely this adapter when all else fails or, simply for better connectivity. It is also tiny and won't get in the way of anything.

Reliable wifi

I have a 4 year old HP laptop and was having constant issues with my wifi dropping every 3-5 minutes. I couldn't afford to buy another laptop at this time so I looked for a cheaper solution until I can. This works great, no dropping of signal now! I just plugged it in and was good to go. I did go into the device manager and disabled the on-board wireless adapter so there wouldn't be any confusion.

HAPPY!! Now I can conecct to 5-GHZ WiFi!!

I got a new modem (600N Netgear) support 2.5 and 5 GHz. Suddenly after I got it, I found my laptop does not support 5 GHz wifi. I searched and found this tiny USB device will make it possible. Now, my internet is so fast as ethernet. I am so happy!! I highly recommend it!!
