I was very worried reading all the reviews. The phone came in original packaging, looks brand new, functions like a new phone. Not even a scratch on the phone or screen. It comes with a tool to open the sim card tray. and manual booket, wall charger . Very super basic. Fast shipping with tracking . I don't have prime, I ordered it on Sunday morning it arrived on Wednesday. The appearance of the phone itself is very good for something under $150, processing fast. If you need a phone to run apps, watching netflix, music and non rocket science stuff this is a good phone for the price of around/ under $150. I'd buy another one for my mom if she wants one.

I don't need a $600 phone, and was told by a T-Mobile manager That the Samsung J7 Star is a good phone. In store it runs about $250, but I'm taking a chance with a refurbish one. The screen doesn't get as bright as I would like, but the picture is sharp. The camera work well, and the sound is good. I will update when needed, as for now I'm happy with my purchase. Update 4/4/19. I found out how to control the brightness on my phone, and I like it even more.

Don't Doubt it, But it

I have tmobile service and this phone works perfectly. The front camera is good quality as well as the back . It was easy to set up and I'm pleased . Also tmobile is selling this same phone for $140 more, you can't beat it

IT DOES WORK!

I bought this phone because metro was selling it for way to much money that I could not fit it in my budget. It's a great quality phone and mine was brand new still with the plastic wrap on it. Yes it DOES WORK WITH METRO note that the back does not come off of this phone but comes with a tool to open the side cartrage. But metro does not do simple sim switches you have to call customer service and give the Imei and sim number and they will activate it freely with no charge. Overall great buy I highly suggest

It's not unlocked

I bought this phone it's nice. I like it .its not unlocked . I called to get it on Straight talk they said it's not unlocked . So how do I unlock it to use on straight talk thanks. I hope to not have to return it . Thanks. I need help

Great value

This is a great phone, it shows metro pcs, but since it is unlocked, it connected to T-Mobile without any issues. The phone was new, but the box wasn’t sealed, (so it could be unlocked.) I like the the Samsung transfer app which transferred everything from my old Samsung phone in minutes, even my alarm settings, messages etc. It is a little larger than my old galaxy core prime,so it doesn’t fit in my pocket as well, but at least that makes the screen bigger. It comes with all the app notifications turned on, so you might want to change this before you go to bed.😕
