There is nothing, and I mean nothing not to like about this security 4 camera system. Beginning with the well constructed camera bodies, amazing finish. Once I ensured the cameras all connected to my TV, I began to located them around my home. Picked the first location over the pool, next chose a spot overlooking my fruit trees, then moved to the south side of my home camera location I picked connected right away. Forth location was more difficult to pick because of the remote power source. Finally chose near the front door again dead easy. Emailed Johnny (the tech contact) with a question next day answer addressing my needs small tech issue solved. Super, super happy with this purchase I will recommend this highly to my friends who are looking for a security system for their home. Great value so go ahead get this system perfect for any location, home cottage, farm. With the IP PRO app your system is on line anywhere you have your phone. If I could give this product a 6plus it would be done. Thanks HISEEU. Sincerely Ross

I set this system up at my home, it was very easy to install, I have only had it for 3 weeks and i love it, clear picture on all 4 cameras I have set up on all outside doors, will be adding more cameras to the system in the near future. Have not had to used tech Support yet.

The product arrived, very well packed. The seller even emailed me a day before the equipment arrived to let me know if there was a problem, to inform them and they would immediately take care of it. Set up was a breeze and took less than 30 minutes, including unpacking everything. Picture quality is good, both day and night. I downloaded the app on my smartphone and the setup was simple on that as well. I enjoy being able to keep an eye on my property, even when I'm not home. I plan to send them an email to get the software to install on my MacBook Pro so that I can have it on my computer as well. I recommended this system to my mom and she has already ordered hers. I'll install hers for her when I travel to visit her in a couple weeks. For the price of this system, you can't beat it! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good security camera system at an affordable price!

Very happy. Works out of the box. Set up was easy and picture quality is great. The screws that come with to hang cameras are very cheap. I will say go buy better ones. Apart from that I am very happy

I bought this system a couple months ago. I originally bought two other systems that arrived with problems, and I had to send them back for a refund. After doing a little more research, I bought this system for my small business. I unpacked the unit and tested it out at home before taking it to the business for installation. Before installation, I chose to purchase a new wifi router, which was quite an upgrade from what was already there, installed wifi extenders where the wifi signals were weak and tested the system and all cameras to be sure everything was working properly and recording. Once I was comfortable with the system, setting it up and installing it in the business was easy. The unit is installed on the second floor, and the cameras on the first floor, all the way to the back of the building, still work with no issues. I did not have to use the extended antennas that came in the box. I did have some questions for the company. The phone number and email are posted here at the bottom of the product description on Amazon, so finding contact information is easy. I chose to email the company, and within 24 hours or less I received a response. I needed assistance getting the system to display on a computer screen. Tech support sent a link to download the software along with instructions on how to set it up. I clicked on the link, downloaded the software, followed the install instructions, and all cameras popped up on our computer screen. The 3TB hard drive gives my business 30 days of recording, which is better than we expected. We have all 8 cameras set to record continuously 24/7. This is a great buy for the money.

Let me start this review with the tech support. The personnel at HiSeeU are fantastic to deal with and very helpful with all of your questions. They have answered most of my questions within 4 to 5 hours via email. I have not tried the phone support. They have answered questions that are outside of normal tech support as I am an engineer and wanted to know some of the details of the system and connections. The system arrived without issues and was packaged in a relatively small box considering that it contained a base station (NVR), four cameras with antennas, one extended antenna (about 10 feet long cable for remote antenna placement), one mouse, one HDMI cable, one 3 foot ethernet cable, one external power supply for the NVR, four external power supplies for the cameras, mounting hardware (screws and plugs) for each of the cameras to include four Allen wrenches to adjust the camera mounts. Also included was the setup instructions and two rather large yellow stickers for posting that cameras were in use. The instructions I will say need a little bit of work as I believe that they do not match 100% the current software. The basic information for how to access some of the menus and initial connections is needed. I did not have an issue as I have been testing systems like these for a few years for use in tropical areas. I chose to connect the NVR first. I installed a 3 Tb full size hard disk into the system. This is pretty strait forward for connections however I did have an issue with the actual mounting of the HDD. The case is more designed around a smaller laptop HDD so screw placements align right in the case. As I was utilizing a full size HDD I was only able to connect two of the screws for mounting but the full size HDD fit and is secure within the housing of the NVR. It should be noted that the NVR has a VGA monitor port, and HDMI port, one RJ45 (Ethernet) port and one USB 2.0 port. There is also one power input port and no on/off switch. I connected the NVR to my monitor (could have connected to TV or other monitor) via the HDMI and connected the provided mouse to the USB port. I them attached the power, within about 10 seconds I received the splash screen and the unit was booted within about 1 minute after that. It is a bit slower than some systems to boot but was acceptable. Once booted you are provided with language options and then manual or automatic setup. Being an engineer and know-it-all, I selected the manual (you may want to select auto). By doing this it allowed me to go through the setup and allowed me to understand what the software was doing. After hunting around the menus and playing with different items I reset the system and connected the ethernet to the device to my router. I booted the system again and to my amazement the system was able to identify my network and obtain an IP address without issues. I went into the network menus and changes the system to utilize a static IP address (for example 192.168.1.60) and then restarted the system. I found in the menus that after any change you MUST select the APPLY button and not assume that selecting OK will work as it does not. You MUST select APPLY for changes to take effect. LESSON #1 While the system was rebooting, I downloaded the app for this device. There are several that will work but they recommend using the IP Pro 3 app. Ignore the reviews as it is a simple app that for the last 5 days has worked well and without issues. If you are a Blink user it is similar but has more functionality which is what I think throws people off. After the app was loaded and an account was created, I added my system to the app. This was a very simple task as it involved just scanning in a QR barcode, wait a few seconds, connection is made. I did not need to adjust any firewall setting or any other parameters. It connected without issues. Once all of this was completed and I was sure that I could identify the NVR on my network and could also connect with the app I started connecting the cameras one at a time. There is a page in the menus that identifies each of the cameras and provides the IP address for each. The system utilizes the 172.14.20.xx address range. The connections are also pretty strait forward, put the camera on a table close by, attach the antenna, attach the power supply and then wait a few seconds. The cameras have been pre-matched to the NVR prior to chipping to make it easy. If you have one of the cameras that does not connect contact Johnny at HiSeeU and he/she will send you simple to follow instruction with pictures on how to reconnect and sync the camera. DO NOT HIT THE RESET BUTTON ON THE CAMERA. There is no need to hit this button. I only did by accident when putting on one of the weather proofing caps. LESSON #2 Once you have all the cameras connected and you see the actual video on the screen, I would recommend that you restart the system to ensure that all items are functional. Remember LESSON#1 Take you time playing around in the menus on the NVR as well as with the app and adjust all the motion or recording settings prior to placing the cameras out an about. This will save having to reinstall at a later time if you mess up. I found that sensitivity around 50% to be good around a patio area but needed to lower it to around 30% in the yard and in areas that birds fly around adjust the other way so as to not be triggered all the time. You can set each camera recording individually or as groups for three different types of recording, Option-1 is to record all the time, Option-2 is to record on motion and Option-3 is to record on alarm. The third option is really not available yet as I do not believe they have the alarm devices yet. These would be simple contact alarms. As I am testing the system for myself and others, I have both Option-1 and Option-2 selected so I receive 24/7 recording as well as motion recordings. This is nice to have and different that some of the other systems out there. I had placed one of the cameras out about 150 feet from my home which is wood and stucco Santa Fe built. I was able via the menus able to see the received signal dB level and for this camera it was about 22 dB which is very low. The camera would come in and out of connection and was not really functional at this distance. I had purchased one the WiFi Range Extender that HiSeeU offers (ASIN B07FY81P8X) as I knew some would be far away and would need some help. I do have other systems out there that function but they are in a way different price range so I expect more from them. Once you have configured the extender you can, through the menus, select and attach the camera to the extender. No need to push any buttons or hit any resets as this will cause you nothing but issues and time. It is very nice the way you can reconfigure the system. As a not, after discussions with Johnny he advised that you do not need to have the extender as each camera can also act as an extender. Through the menus you can daisy chain camera to meet your needs and string them out using the camera as the range extender. You will notice a slight delay f a few seconds between each extended camera but if it is not time critical it is not an issue. If you want to access the system from a PC and not have to utilize the mouse on the NVR then I would recommend that you download the software provided (free) by HiSeeU. It is under the downloads under downlod#3 called “PC Client for Wireless security camera system”. It works well but I have not been able to do configurations with it yet. So far, we have had rain, snow and subfreezing weather and the cameras have held up nice. I did place one camera under a heat lamp for 12 hours and this camera worked well too. So far to date: (20190103) here are the pros and cons: Pro: • Price • Tech Support • Simple to set up • Compact • Built in range extension • Free cloud access • Functional app • Free MAC/PC software • Built-in linking (extensions) • E-Mail and app notifications work well and easy to configure Cons: • Short RF range (can be overcome with extensions) • Instructions (online and paper provided) This could be corrected with up to date language and pictures. • Power supplies. I have used these same ones on other systems and they only last about 6 to 12 months in the heat of AZ • Reset button cap. It is poorly made and makes it easy to accidently hit the reset of the camera. Added silicon to button so as to not hit the button and also keep water proof. • No on/off switch on NVR • Only one USB on NVR. If you want to export a video on the NVR you can not as you need the USB port for the mouse. This also can be overcome by using the PC software which allows you to export to the PC. • No ability to connect to existing network wirelessly. Can only connect to router via RF45. • Ethernet port is on 10/100 and does not support 1000 Mb

very happy with this purchase, if you are looking for a home security system this can fit the bill. installation was super easy, just be warned the camera power supplies need to be inside and protected. so be ready to drill holes through your walls. only issue I had was one of the power supplies died on me after just a day of normal use, likely just a bad component. but after calling the tech support they sent me a new one right away with minimal fuss. the only recommendations I can give is don't put the cameras too close to your eaves so you wont get glare from the IR lights when using the night vision feature, other than that the night vision works great as does the normal cameras. once you have it set up with a screen (not included fyi) it has a handy 4 way split screen feature so you can see all cameras at the same time, or you can double click on one image and have it fill your screen. as I said other than having to drill through walls for the power cables set up is a breeze, just plug your cameras in one at a time, let the receiver pick them up in turn and you're in business. the playback feature is simple and easy to use, just right click on your screen select play back and you can see all four cameras at once or zoom in to each one individually. it has a nice calendar feature for selecting which day, and the hour on the bottom, though it can be kind of a pain to pick exact seconds to look at. and can be a little laggy at times also once you download the app you can check the system on your phone too, a super handy feature I didn't even know about when I bought it. in short this system does everything I wanted and more. plus the night vision cameras, work very well with good range for an IR system. I highly recommend this product.

This system is easy to install. I installed the camera's where I wanted it, then drilled a hole to run my cords from the camera up into the attic. This was connected to a power connecter that plugged into an outlet. Once that was done, I plugged in the monitor and hard drive and turned it on. Went back and adjusted the camera's and then I was done. To adjust the camera's, there are set screws to loosen and tighten. once I knew where the camera need to be, I had to take off the antenna to tighten the set screws, then re-install the antenna. None of this was hard to do. The night vision is fairly good and daytime was great. It has a lot of memory. There are 2 options on the camera. One is to plug it in and then to a outlet. the other looks like it take a line like a ether line. Not sure since I am not very good with technology. Getting used to the monitor and its system just takes time. There isn't sound as some may thing there is. Also, there is a 1 second delay. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a security camera system that isn't going to cost you a lot of money. This system was under $300 for 4 cameras, monitor, and hard drive. Pretty good deal in my book.

I bought the DVR with 4 wifi cameras and I really liked the quality of the product, the excellent support provided by johnny and the support provided. The quality of the images is amazing as is the resolution of the device. It was the best investment for my house and the safety of my family, after all, at any time or I can see the images of my house. Thank you

This product is great. I ordered the NVR with the built in monitor and four cameras. Everything was packaged very neatly. I am by no means good with electronics typically but this was very easy to set up. I unwrapped everything out of the boxes and was able to set up in a very short amount of time. The instructions were great and the support was great also. I emailed Johnny to receive a manual ahead of time before it shipped so I could get started with reading about it, and he sent one as well as some other detailed instructions that were helpful for my setup. I am very impressed with the entire system. Once I had this set up, I was able to play around with extending the wifi range by setting up one camera as a repeater. That has worked very well with what I need the cameras for. I then set up the app to my phone. I love being alerted when there is motion within one of the cameras! That has been a handy too and kind of fun for monitoring pets while I'm at work :-)
