Excellent Voice Recorder and Audio Player

I bought this because I am a Youtuber (Rated R Cars) and I wanted to record sound separately from video (for example, when I am standing far from the camera). This recorder is more than enough to do that. Here are some of the pluses I like: -Compact -Light -Excellent Microphone -Nice Interface -High Storage -Plays MP3's (although I just use it for recording) -Has a nice, high quality look and feel I can just put this in my shirt pocket (or even lay it down somewhere) and the sound recording is excellent. Highly recommended. I'll upload some video/audio with it later.

Well-designed and easy to operate

I'm using it to record lectures in class to playback. I've been using this for several days now and am absolutely in love. It is much better than the recorder I bought before. All of the features matched my needs. It records well and has a nice and simple UI with good features right on the device.It does very good recording and the voice of my teacher is clear to hear. Overall, I would fully recommend this voice recorder people who are looking for a voice recorder that is easy to use and has a lot of internal storage.

The best recorder I've used

I used several recorders from different brands, so far this is THE best one I found. The soundtrack recorded is pretty decent, and the denoise feature works fine too, I can record my colleague's speech in different angle and distance, without any concern about the final result. I can also record into mp3 directly, the mp3 size is pretty good. Highly recommend this product, and it'll be your best tool for sound recording.

Impressed

The sound quality is impressive. Even with full size headphones the sound is loud enough, clear and the frequency response is surprising. Having ripped a lot of music files in wav and flac, this player fits the bill for taking my media server to the jobsite. The voice recorder functions fine as well, have noticed it records mono which would be expected. Transferring files is a piece of cake, can select custom (genre) folders and even displays custom tags while playing. It'll take a little time to get used to the button and menu layout, as with any other new gadget, it' a good little player.

Unexpected voice recorder

This is what I'm looking for, it can hear everything I've recorded from work or class. Playback was easy. Can playback delete listen to lecturer teaching on it also got loud speaker or ear phone plug option everything can use it device it self without using computer or laptop. It's rechargeable by the way. The best part is the price is really good for this kind of quality products. Would definitely recommend this product.

Great mics on this device!

I picked this up to record a few of my some of my lectures and it is small/light enough I don't mind carrying it. The built-in speakers are the worst thing about this voice recorder, I haven't listened to the whole recording, but what I have listened to of it the quality was very good. The battery life is great, and so is the storage. Good purchase for a college student

Simply Amazing Technolgy

This is an excellent voice recorder and customer service is a top notch. I took this to a meeting in the office.The sound quality is the first thing I noticed and also the quality of the built in speaker.I am surprised at the sensitivity and quality of the Voices I recorded. The quality came out fairly decently. Very small and compact,fitting easily into a shirt pocket . I had no problem setting the password and I've had no trouble with the easy-to-use settings.I also like that it saves files as .mp3 data, and it is easy to organize the data when it's transferred to a PC.

You get what you pay for !!!

It works perfectly for my college lecture classes. I use it to record class lectures, and it is really nice to be able to record all lectures. The quality is really good during playing back and it has a lot of cool features, such as ease to transfer files tomy computer with it's built-in USB connector. The battery life and recording capabilities are phenomenal. It is very lightweight, easy to use, and the sound quality is great. I've only had it a few days, but so far I'm quite happy with it.

Reliable recorder!

The TOOBOM digital voice recorder was a reliable investment - especially for anyone needing a secure device to record on. It comes in easy to use programming first off which is nice to see for a recorder. From there, you get a reliable recorder that records all that you need well. There's a lot of neat features such as timed recording which is convenient. It also has a useful password feature which not many recorders that I've used in the past had and kept my recordings secure - especially for private interview work that was needed to make sure my customers were satisfied with their protection. A solid investment all-around.

Great recording quality for voice and music

I bought this recorder primarily to record live music and practice sessions . I also think it might come in handy for meetings with clients where it is important to document what I say, So far I have used it to record acoustic guitar using the built in microphones and I have to say I was amazed at the crisp clear recording that it made. There was zero distortion and if played back hrough good speakers, the sound reproduction is flawless. I was also suprised because it seems like there is some kind of auto level adjust built in. The quality of sound and the level stayed the same whether I was 3 feet away or 8. There is ample storage on this device plus it supports an SD card so there is unlimited space. I am not crazy about menu driven devices but as they go, this one is fairly simple and easy to navigate. Another pet peeve I have is the tiny print on the LCD displays... I can not figure out what sort of evolutionary mutation of a human being could actually read this tiny print, but it sure isn't me. But that's the case with most of these micro devices and I accept that squinting and straining my tired eyeballs is the price I pay for the convenience and good quality sound of this recorder. The screen does have a light built in that can be turned on or off, along with voice activation and several other thoughtful options. There is also a segmenting option so you can pinpoint the good parts of a long recording and the only thing that i would like to see on the next model is sound on sound (overdub) capability. Then it would be perfect! A great deal for the money and a must have for every musician.
