Eating a lot more eggs now and loving it!
I don’t normally have time to do reviews, but this has been a great product and I love everything about it! I did not want a whole new pot (wasteful, I have enough) so this fits my existing pots and saves on storage space. It works beautifully for poached eggs and mini-frittata (so light they’re like little soufflés) and I can make 2 of each so we have breakfast and extra to take for lunch. I have even been able to let my family customize their cups with cheese and veggies so they are more excited about eating breakfast. Worked with various sizes of egg and egg whites too. I have tried with and without oil and everything comes out easily either way (if it didn’t slide out on its own I just used a toothpick to loosen edges and it slides right out), plus clean up is a breeze! I also like that the handles are easy to grab one at a time, allowing me to vary cooking times for picky eaters and different recipes. I have been able to grab handles without needing a hot pad, but your use may vary. Really has helped me get a healthy breakfast out quickly and I love it!

It works
Just got it, have used it once, it does what they say. If you live at altitude, be prepared to lengthen cooking times as water boils at lower temps the higher your location. I live at 3200' elevation and my 3 eggs took 7 minutes

Quality product.
Very easy way to poach eggs in my Instant Pot. Consistent results (yolks not runny, not hard-cooked) using 1 cup of cold tap water in pot and eggs straight from the fridge. Steam for 2 minutes, quick release and serve. Easy peasy.

Eggs For All... At One Time
I like eating WITH my family, so I'm annoyed that frying eggs means cooking and serving them up one at a time, unless you get out multiple pans. With this egg poacher, I can cook 4 eggs at the same time, and they come out perfectly done. (On my stove top after bringing water to boil, then reducing to a simmer: 5 minutes on simmer for the yolks done through; 3 minutes for runny yolks.) I'm making "McFamily"-style muffin sandwiches more often, because I can have them all done simultaneously. Fabu! Now I'm looking forward to my husband making his famous Eggs Benedict!

Perfect, just buy it
Ok, I don't write about stuff very often but this thing is really perfect. I can get perfect warm soft eggs with runny yolk in 4 1/2 minutes every time! and yes they don't stick and they don't overflow. This guy/gal really thought it out and made a product that really works the way you want it to. If you like eggs benedict do yourself a favor and buy this you won't be disappointed. - Perfect!

I love this egg poacher!!!
I rarely write a review, but I enjoy making poached eggs so much with this egg poacher rack! Used this Christmas morning for a lighter breakfast than the old casserole...made eggs Benedict or avocado toast with egg...the eggs come out perfectly formed...even though I forgot to spray the cups first, so had a bit of cleanup...but next time with being lightly greased ...perfecto! It was my best Christmas present from me to me!!!

Perfect eggs on first try !
I bought this as a Christmas gift, and we finally got to try it. Eggs came out perfect on the first try, with solid whites and runny yolks, just the way I like them. I like that this rack can be used with the existing pans that we have, and will not take up too much space. I have not had it long, so cannot really speak to durability, but it feels solid and well made, so I expect it will hold up very well. I also like the way the cups are separate from the rack, so it is very easy to lift one out and slide the egg onto a waiting piece of toast. We like this new egg poacher very much, and would recommend to all egg lovers!

Works Perfectly--it is relatively tall
Settled on this "Egg Poacher Egg Rack" after returning another highly rated automatic poacher that couldn't cook the whites while leaving the yolks runny. I am very picky about my poached eggs. ------------Things you need to know: --The rack with top ring handle is almost 2 1/2 inches tall. So you need a pan that is about that deep. It shouldn't be much deeper or the steam might be too high in the pan to do a good job on the eggs. --You should also have a glass lid to keep an eye on the eggs. Because my pan is 2 1/4" deep a domed lid gives me the extra bit of space for the rack to fit. --To get the eggs done to your personal specifications takes a little practice to get the time right. Then to get the same results later, use the same pan/lid and keep simmering at the same level. On my stove, I have numbers to use as a guide, so I just follow the directions: bring water to a boil, add rack with eggs, turn down to simmer, and set my timer for the time I want. --Note: The timing might be a tiny bit different depending on how many eggs you are poaching. --You can make hard "boiled" eggs by cooking an additional few minutes. I made egg salad with them. --The directions that come with the Egg Rack are very good and the Q&A part is very helpful. Definitely Recommended!!

Better than the Egg Poacher that comes with the Poacher Pans
I read a lot of reviews for several Egg Poacher Pans, all complaining about having their hands burned by the steam coming from the steam release holes in the plate that holds the egg cups. It's because the holes on all the Pans I looked at have the holes directly under the egg cup handles. Weird. This Eggssentials Egg Poacher Egg Rack doesn't have that problem. The steam is dispersed throughout your pot. And the handles for the Eggsseentials performed the same as the high quality black plastic handles on my (1987 & 1995 ) Revere copper bottom pots. They stayed cool even with the glass lid kept on my T-fal E9189774 Ultimate Hard Anodized 10-Inch Deep Fry Pan with Lid (I recently bought on Amazon. The skillet heats evenly, great non stick finish. Only problem is it will only fit 4 pieces of Butternut Sandwich Bread if I remove a corner off of one slices. I'll live. ) This pan is wide enough to set the rack in and leave 1.5" all around. The pan is also deep enough to use the rack with the glass lid on with about 1/2" to spare. Really happy with both purchases.

Non-stick works great with cooking spray
The rack is sturdy and the egg cups will handle even extra large eggs without overflowing. The non-stick surface has been working very well with a quick application of cooking spray before adding the egg. My only disappointment is that cooking items like this are almost always made in China these days. I would prefer to support American jobs and manufacturers, and I will always buy anything made in the USA even if it costs more than the foreign-made version.
