Don't waste your money (downloaded version. It will not install. After several attempts the installation hits 33% and craps out. I will not be dealing with Corel again! Also, since Amazon does not allow refund on digital purchases I will be unsubscribing Prime and will not deal with Amazon again! UPDATE: I contacted Corel and after several failed attempts at solving the problem Corel sent a new download link that allowed installation. It could be that Amazon has a bad copy.

There are free tutorials to learn every feature

There is a learning curve, but this product is very powerful.

Paintshop pro 2019 Ultimate nice product

Paintshop pro 2019 Ultimate nice product. I use adobe at work and can't afford it so Paintshop pro is a great alternative and a 1/16 of the cost.

PSP, oh how i missed you

long ago i had to make a choice whether to use PSP or PhotoShop, I chose PSP and i loved it. lost all of my software and most of my computer equipment due to smoke damage from a fire. life got in the way of buying new software and equipment. here i am 17 years later with the new PSP 2019, editing my photos like i never lost the original. i am in heaven. for the price i didn't realize it had so much to it. loaded quickly and was able to use the software within 45 min of opening the box. soooooooo happy!

the program has a tremendous number of features

The program does a good job, but it can be complicated to both learn and use. I'm sure it's perfect for the professional photographer, and they've allowed an option for selection of a partial and a complete set of capabilities. I'm sure I'll catch on, but it may take some work on my part to get there.

Making photography easier!

So far it seems much faster than my previous version with added features. much pleased with it!

Great Value

This is an incredible product, and it will take a long time to realize all of the built-in features. I’ve already had a tremendous amount of fun with it.

Corel Product Support was very helpful. Bundled programs provide lots of good features.

Like some other purchasers, I had trouble installing the product. Specifically, PhotoMirage would not accept the serial number that Amazon provided. Sneha from Corel Support was especially helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I've always liked PhotoShop. Frankly, I'm a hobbyist and there are more features than I need, but I am having fun learning both the newer features and the bundled programs, i.e., Photomirage, Painter Essentials, etc. Overall, I'm glad I bought it.

Amazon doesn't help but Corel does

This download and install was a complete mess. First the download is for X9 not 2019. Then you get some wrong components - different than advertised. Then, some of the keys don't work. No help from Amazon either. The only way to resolve this is with Corel which had excellent support and was very responsive. Thanks to them, everything works great.
