Very Difficult to replace without damage

I have been in electronics a long time and thought I would take a shot at replacing the battery. I watched the videos as others commented. The problem I had was that the glass came up but the display did not. As a result, the display cracked. So the product I ordered was as advertised but I was not able to repair my phone. Just be aware that you may damage the display and that is going to cost about $100. My phone was the Galaxy S6 Active.

Don't waist your time and money.

The installation was too difficult. Design of the galaxy s6 Active sucks. Had to take off the glass and ruined the connection for the screen. Needless to say, phones ruined.

Great Battery for the Value / Easy to install

I ordered this Galaxy S6 battery installation package since the battery in the phone was expanding and did not want to risk having issues of the battery leaking. The battery came very quickly and on a Sunday as well so that was really nice to have it then. The instructions that came with the battery were really easy to follow and I had not much trouble swapping out the batteries. To be honest I did not use all the tools but probably that is a user to user basis. Also if your battery is swollen, do not heat up the cover glue, that may cause issues I heard. As noted in the instructions, make sure to do the battery cycles to have the best performance.

rolled the dice that I would be able to swap out battery. watched you tube video on doing it and was able to get it done. also changed out the charging port plug since I was there and it was cheap too. all working fine and battery holding charge like a new phone.

Very nice product, apart the battery you also get the needed stuff to be able to change the battery including the new glue for your back cover. Totally awesome.

I appreciate they included tools, gives new life to the aging but still very sleek S6

I already had a suction cup clamp for removing screens (which is significantly easier than the little single suction cup if you have glass on front and back) so I used that instead but the rest of the tools work as expected. The battery has been in the phone for about a week and using measuring apps it seems to be charging to about 93% of expected capacity. From my experience, some new phones will come out of the box in the low 90s or high 80s so this isn't bad. Unless this post is updated, it's still working as intended/expected.

A Very Durable, Well Designed Battery 9Replacement Kit.

After slight hesitation i decided to order this wonderful kit and change my phone battery. The price is incredible considering it will put my Samsung 6 active back into "like new mode". The kit arrived early. My only obstacle was the instructions I found online to utilize this item. The were honest by saying that at least 90% of consumers will break the glass screen while changing the battery. This bteakage is due to the design of the phone. So I do trust the replacement kit and battery. However, I do not feel comfortable so I unfortunately had to return the replacement kit replacement kit. Due to my lack of technical/mechanical experience. I highly recommend this kit the tools are well made, and everything that is needed arrived as planned. Thank You Amazon for always having anything and everything i need and wish for Amazing Amazon.

I bought this phone because it was cheap - so it didn't surprise me when in about a year the battery was shot. Luckily, buying a new battery is cheap and easy!! Along with the battery they give you a nice ring to go in the back of your phone to hold it.

Be careful removing screen on Samsung Galaxy s6 active

The battery works great for now but Samsung glued the back of the LCD screen to the frame of the phone so when I took the screen off the back of the LCD peeled off now the touchscreen doesn't work so I had to order a new one
