Condiments
Review for the condiment containers Finally a reusable, compact, leak proof container. Shallow for dipping and sauces. Enough space for a decent amount of condiment. Screw lid for zero leaks. Ideally I prefer to use glass, but this works much better than any tupperware type container and lighter than a mason jar.

Great lunch container
So far, at least, this has proven to be exactly what I was looking for. It’s easy to use and is actually leak-proof. The removable silicone gasket makes cleanup quick and easy, and the plastic hasn’t picked up any off colors or odors (I have used it for everything from curries to fish, so that’s saying something). The gasket has so far even kept wet contents in one portion from bleeding into the dry in the other, and that’s with it thrown haphazardly into a backpack as I rush out the door. Its size is perfect for lunch, and if you want a little more room, like for a full-sized, pre-tossed salad, you can just leave out the top tray. I usually put the wet salad ingredients up top to keep the lettuce from wilting, but to each his own.

Best container. Highly recommend.
Absolutely love this container. I use it for my salads so I can keep my dry ingredients separate and I use it for pasta / sauce, rice / curry, etc. The material is very sturdy, cleans easy. Perfect when you want to keep ingredients separate until you consume them or need to heat at different temperatures.

Keeps ingredients separate, high quality build, recommended
When I got this I immediately tested it and made a salad to store in the fridge overnight, then shook the container a bit to test how well it separated things and ate it the next day. Nothing leaked and the plate kept the greens and the toppings from mixing so nothing got soggy. It was also easy to clean. The build seems very sturdy and high quality, I would buy this again or recommend it. The silicone gasket is easy to remove, clean, and replace. The included dressing cup is a good size and did not leak, but does not have a gasket, just a cap that screws on tightly. Because the materials in this container are on the thicker side and seem very sturdy, I don't anticipate any issues with leaks. It's probably good for storing pasta dishes as well but it's especially good for salads because it keeps the ingredients separate. I was able to fit about 3 cups (60g) of greens which is enough for a fairly large salad! I think the manufacturer did a good job of making this large enough to fit a large, filling dish but not so large that it's hard to store or transport. I bought this to take to my office for lunches.

Liked it so much I bought a second one
I bring my lunch to work everyday and this helped me cut down on the number of containers that I need to bring to work. I have brought soup, salad, hot dish, berries, cottage cheese, cheese, and many other things in this. I made a salad with beets in it and was worried the beets would stain the container and it washed right out. I decided to get this one over the salad container because this one was more of a rectangular shape and it fits in my lunch box nicely. The salad container is a square and isn't as tall.

Lunch Container is perfect for my salads and my other type of lunches!
I have had two of the Oxo salad containers for a very long time and love them. They are overall perfect for salads with one except and that is that they don't quite fit in most lunch bags. That's not the fault of the salad containers, but the fault of lunch bags, in my opinion, because the insulated lunch bags are generally too narrow to be fully functional. This meant I had to put my OXO salad containers on the side mixing up all the top dish toppings or use smaller, less useful containers. Putting the OXO salad container on it's side was okay, because it was leakproof, but it was still irritating. So I decided to try the OXO lunch container and it is a far better fit for most lunch boxes. It actually holds the exact same amount of as the OXO salad container. (I filled both to the brim with water and it comes in exactly equal.) The difference is the top tray is deeper in the lunch container, than in the salad container, which is actually better for me since it's the toppings (meat, cheese, veggies) where I go crazy when making a salad. And the OXO lunch container is slightly more narrow, while being deeper, so it fits into my old lunch bag perfectly. Despite it being slightly more narrow, it's plenty wide enough to easily enjoy my salad or tossing the lettuce with the dressing. Plus, the deepness of the lunch container makes it more versatile, in my opinion. I use it often for various other lunches, such as pasta salads, stews (with noodles on the top plate), etc. The only downside for salads may be for some (not me) is that there is no salad dressing container with the lunch container. However the OXO dressing container can be purchased separately or use any container of your choice. I'm especially partial to the Nalgene wide mouth containers available in a myriad of sizes as they do not leak EVER and take up little space. (https://www.amazon.com/Nalgene-HDPE-Mouth-Round-Container/dp/B000P88NGU/ref=sr_1_22_sspa?keywords=nalgene%2Bwide%2Bmouth&qid=1558422671&s=gateway&sr=8-22-spons&th=1&psc=1) I often take the 2 ounce for salad dressings and steak sauces.

We love OXO!
I was originally looking for a glass lunch container but I could not find one that had separate compartments that were large enough. I wanted to bring a sandwich and then other snacks and have them all fit into one container, preferably in separate compartments. I think I searched for “sandwich container” and this OXO lunch container came up in the results. I am a huge OXO fan AND it had separate compartments! The top one fit my sandwich perfectly (my tuna sandwich is pretty thin) and in the bottom compartment I throw in some apple slices, almond butter which I put in an OXO condiment keeper (get them, you’ll love them!), and a Larabar. So far the durability has been fantastic, I usually just chuck the whole thing into my backpack which I am not gentle with at all. The material is easy to clean and as other reviewers have said, it does not retain smells or colors. The leak-proof aspect is definitely a plus as sometimes I switch it up and have liquidy food in the bottom compartment which does not leak into the top compartment. I always take it apart and hand wash everything, I’m sure it would be top rack dishwasher friendly but I prefer to hand wash.

Large size, great seal
I've been looking for a larger salad container for work lunches and this is it. This is the largest I could find and it fits great! The seal is excellent on this product. Just don't tighten the dressing cup too much or it will be difficult to open. I use this container for my Bright Line Eating plan- 6oz lettuce, 3 oz apples, 3oz grapes, 0.5 oz walnuts, 0.5 oz dressing.

Very versatile and I am absolutely bonkers for these!
These containers are perfect for anything. I love glass containers but find they are too heavy and delicate to use to bring lunch to work. I researched Amazon and originally settled on plastic containers from a New Zealand company. They were lightweight and had latches as well. Then further down the page in the comparison of like products, these appeared. These were an easy decision after watching the Oxo video. I purchased them to bring my homemade yogurt and fresh fruit to work. I am so happy I did although, I am sure the New Zealand company products are lovely as well. These just seemed so versatile and made with quality and more of what I was looking for. They can go from counter to freezer. In fact, I fill the base with my homemade yogurt, set the plate on top, fill with fruit, cover with lid and latch. I then place into the freezer the night before and it perfectly thaws out in time for my afternoon snack. You can also load these up with items that need to be heated because the whole thing can go into the microwave- just don't latch it so the heat can escape. Very easy to clean, and dishwasher safe (top rack). I also purchased the salad bowls with the plates. They hold a hefty amount and each bowl comes with a 2 oz container for dressing. You can place other salad toppings on the plate to help prevent the lettuce from getting soggy (ie.: tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) and then toss all together or use the plate to hold a sandwich. Not sure of the materials but they are quality-made and seem to be made environmentally conscious. I am absolutely bonkers for these, going to purge my cupboards now of all the other only half-right containers!

Worth the money, and the container is sleek!
This container is awesome. I needed something to bring salad to work, and was originally just going to buy a small piece of Tupperware to store salad dressing but I'm glad I searched on Amazon first. Looks exactly like the picture shown, sturdy plastic container. The lid snaps on perfectly, and an added bonus is it's an OXO product. The lid stays on super secure, so when you're ready to mix in the dressing by shaking the container - it won't go everywhere. Super convenient, I thought it was kind of pricey but if you pack your lunch everyday It's well worth it. Also it doesn't necessarily have to be just salad, the container can be put in the microwave just fine. (I eat a lot of dishes with rice and this is nice to keep that separated as well). Update 4/17/2016 - Still love this container, but just a heads up if you bring food other than salad that needs to be microwaved - make sure the lid isn't actually attached or just cover with a paper towel as the heat suctions the lid super tight.
