Comfortable, long battery life, but takes some setting up to use on a computer
Most comfortable controller I have used and was by far my preferred way to play the WiiU compared to the clunky gamepad. The battery life is incredible and I have never had it die on me, even with constant use when charging once every 2 days or so. After I sold my WiiU I kept this controller to use with games on my PC, There is no official software to use this on a PC and for it to work I had to google around and found some software made by fans. This software isn't ideal but allows the controller to work as any other controller would and allows you to map anything you'd like to it. But takes a minute of setup everytime you want to start using the controller.

It is the magic number
Obviously if you've got the Wii U, you start with the GamePad, which is a decent enough controller and oft times required for use of the tablet part of it on certain games, but can feel a little big, awkward and clunky. Then you will have no doubt bought the original Wii Controller or already had one, as Wii original games just aren't playable without it. Plus still a unique and fun controller to use. Then there's this one to complete the set. You may feel that you shouldn't need 3 controllers, which I agree is ludicrous, but this is pretty much a generic controller that we are all used to the shape and feel of from other game systems used. Don't humm and harr, just get one. It feels more comfortable to use, has amazing battery life and is very responsive.

Controller works flawlessly
This is a great controller to use for the wii u! I had no problems syncing it to the Wii U and it has worked fine so far. I'm currently using it to play Zelda BOTW because I was tired of the battery life on the Wii U pad only lasting for a few hours. The battery life on this controller is about 6-7 hours on a full charge. It comes with a USB cable that can be used with any phone charger, PC, or the Wii U console itself (i.e. any other console you have will charge it as well when the console is powered on). When it is first plugged it into a USB port, the controller lights red above the select, home, and start buttons and turns off once it is fully charged.

simple to use it
SUPERB!!! wireless and simple to use it. Much better than I expected! But when I use this for the first time, I felt uncomfortable because of smaller than game pad. Once I get used to this, I prefer to use this. Why not! it is much lighter with perfect size. The size is similar to the Galaxy note 4 when I grip it in landscape way. I think this size is good for all players, even better for kids that uncomfortable to use wii u game pad like my younger brother :) I guess this controller size can fit up to XXL gloves wearers but if you have extraordinary big hands, this might not be suitable...

Good controller for Android phones
Excellent joysticks and very good buttons.Very sturdy feeling, seems like a good quality product, no cheap made at all.Very easy to synchronize with Wii U.ZL and ZR buttons are very rigid, very little depth when pressed.

Works as advertised.
Have three now and they work perfectly me and my kids have Mario marathons and mine craft ones as well worth every penny spent.Super light weight which is nice. I love how they look identical as the actual Nintendo controllers.

If you have a Wii U, you need this
Overall I really like this controller. In my opinion it is as good as any of the controllers supplied with any of the earlier Nintendo consoles. It has a nice chunky feel to it and I find I can use it for long periods with no discomfort. It is light and easy to use. It has a gloss smooth finish so it is easy to clean. children can use it from about the age of 5 or 6.

A Controller to Reckon With.
I was so happy with this controller I paid about 20$ for I just have to write a review about it to let you know what's up. So, first and foremost: It works great. All the buttons worked and I am able to play Zelda Breath of the Wild with it! This in itself proves it's a Wii U Pro Controller because that game only works with 2 types of controllers. The "Wii U Game-pad" & the "Wii U Pro Controller." Even though when the game first came out the print on the back of the game case clearly shows it works with all the other Wii controllers, it doesn't. Nintendo corrected the print shortly thereafter. So if you have that game for Wii U check the back of your case. If it shows it works with controllers that it doesn't work with. You have an original ;) "Fun fact". Ok enough about that though, back to what currently matters, the controller. Everything about this controller also feels and looks exactly like a Nintendo brand Wii U Pro controller. The only things that are missing signifying that it is in fact a third party controller not made by Nintendo are: the print on the front that says "Wii u" and the battery case on the back is sealed rather than a clip that opens. For the price it's absolutely perfect! This is the price Nintendo's controller's are truly worth and should be sold for! In fact I am soo happy with this controller and how well it works that if I need another pro controller for any reason, this is the one I am more than likely going to buy again. There is absolutely no good reason for wii controllers to cost 40-80+$ This really is just about the best deal you'll get for 20$ when it comes to Wii U pro controllers. The Battery: Well this one I was a little unhappy to find out but the battery is only a 350mAh "built-in" Lithium battery. Built in is the main problem for me here. Meaning once the battery is no good you either have to take apart the controller to get to it & hopefully replace it or alternatively buy another controller. It is mentioned in the slip that came with the controller to last 10 hours wirelessly after full charge. and so it does. Can't complain too much. (20$) The charger cable that came with it: The charger cable that came with it is a 3ft. USB to USB Mini port. Again not the greatest. I recommend picking up a separate cable that is longer to charge it. That way if you need to plug and charge it while playing. It won't become a problem. Plus if you'd rather have it wired so there is no chance of it dying on you while playing this would be a real convenience. Note that the Wii U will not charge controllers while the Wii U is off or in standby mode. Nintendo has a support form in regards to this issue. I am not allowed by Amazon policy to post a link here. Syncing this Controller: You sync it just like any other controller. It's built just like a Nintendo Wii U pro controller. The sync and reset buttons are on the back of it. Make sure while syncing or turning on the controller that you are not accidentally pressing any other buttons or holding them down. This includes the joysticks. Make sure they are center at all times during these actions. 1. Press the small red sync button on the front of the Wii U console first. Wait for the controller pairing screen to pop up. 2. Now press the small red sync button on the back of the controller. After a few seconds it should sync up and you should be all set. There is one thing I should mention however. When I first attempted syncing this controller it tried to register as a Wii U Gamepad. Not just a Pro Controller. Due to the controller not having a touchscreen like the Wii U Gamepad it is impossible to do so. A different pairing screen came up asking me to input the four symbols as if I was pairing a Gamepad. If for any reason this happens to you during pairing, simply reset your console and try pairing it again if need be. This worked for me just fine. I'm guessing the cause of this is because the controller sends out pairing signals as both a Wii U pro controller and a Wii U gamepad. But unless you have a separate touch screen for the controller, you can not pair it as a "Wii U Gamepad". Does such a thing even exist? Maybe the company didn't know which signals were which. Maybe it is intentional. I don't know. I accepted this as intentional and not a fault simply because the controller is advertised as a "WII U Pro Controller, Bigaint Wireless Controller ("Gamepad") for Nintendo Wii U Pro Bluetooth Game Controller." So yeah, it really is exactly as advertised Lol. Every word of it. What a mouthful. Comfort: The only problem I had is the charging cable that came with it. It is too short. Sitting 3ft. away from the TV cannot be good on the eyes... For the price though it is to be expected. The cable I can buy separately. All I care about is the performance of the controller. Which stated above, works great! Well anyway, that's it. Hope you found what I've had to share helpful. For 20$ this really was a great buy!

Great controller
This controller looks and feels like the original Wii U Pro controller. The finish is nice and glossy and has the same ergonomic design. Shoulder buttons feel a bit different, but the rest are just like the original, including the feel on the joysticks. Will make a very nice addition to my controller collection to play Mario Kart or multiplayer games.
