Great product

Comfortable to cook with and safer to use than plastic!

Highly recommend!!

The edges do not melt when in use like cheap spatulas often do even if you accidentally leave them resting on a hot skillet. The performance and feel is much better than the very popular oxo brand. No worries about mold growing because the spatula is made of one solid piece unlike other brands. And they are very easy to clean! I highly recommend and they were rated #1 by America’s test kitchen.

Spatula tip has flex + firmness

After seeing Cooking Illustrated's recommendations for these I couldn't find a good description of spatula tip, but purchased anyway. So glad I did...the tip is flexible enough to scrape batter from a bowl well, and yet firm enough to flip an omelette or crepe. In photo I am applying mild pressure and you can see a nice flexible curve. I'm replacing aging 2-part spatulas and love the one comfortable handle with no fear of the head flying off.
