Works Great

Item was a gift, met expectations

Used this to replace my dying Denon AVR5300.

Unfortunately after all these years of use my old receiver finally started to have major issues. After some research I decided on the AVR4500. It has all the inputs I needed, was network ready, and supported all the latest technologies. When it arrived I was surprised how much lighter it was from my old receiver, I hooked everything up and proceeded through the setup of the device and DANG it made everything sound new again.. Speakers sounded just as clear and sharp as when they were first purchased, the room setup, Great room size is 28x18, was dead on and now I can enjoy music again.. :) This goes to show what a great product this is and if my wife can use it without 20 questions on how to do this and that, then I can enjoy it more! Thank you for such a solid product!

Excellent

Excellent product, pair with Klipsch R-625FA great sound and easy setup on screen, doesn't come with manual but you don't need now a day everything is on the internet, if you need manual you can download it.

Big upgrade, even better performance

Bought this to replace my x4100, mainly for dchp 2.2 to better integrate my 4k capabilities. What I realized is that the sound stages are much improved allowing for a significant improvement in bluray, scad, and TV audio. The overall sound is bright and precise while my old velodyne sub finally is achieving its potential. Can't be happier. For reference my system is 5.1, Samsung q9fn, oppo 203, 4 Vienna Acoustics Bach's and Maestro, and a Velodyne sub.

Excellent

An excellent product, once you figure out how to use all the gadgetry. There is no included owner's manual, but the onscreen wizard really is useful. You'll need a fair amount of time and patience to set everything up. The back is clearly marked. The sub-woofers need use RCA ended type cables, and require some fiddling to get right (if you use two of them). The thing puts out a huge amount of heat, so make sure there is good ventilation for it!

Denon AVRX 4500H

If could I give it 10 stars. Certainly i’ve purchased from best buy store. The Denon AVR X 4500 is top and end it’s could reproduce all format audio actually existing with outstanding sound. In addition the IMAX sound brings true life home theatre effects. If you’re passionate audiophile sound go for it. Every buck worth it. It’s doesn’t matter the effort to get it
