My kids LOVE these. I have a huge tub of different spoons and forks and these are the only ones that they will actually use. They are easy for them to hold and use. Sometimes they end up putting the handle in their mouth so the fork or spoon faces outward, but that's highly entertaining. The only downside is the dogs love to chew on these and they are NOT dog chew friendly. I've had to purchase a few because they get pretty chewed up as the plastic is a bit on the softer side. I put these into baby shower gifts as one of my favorite things.

My 5-month old girl actually learned using this right away stabbing food and using the spoon for her purees. Who knew! This is a great addition to baby led weaning that so many parents wonder about. It's a good start.

My six month old figured these out very quickly. I am following baby led feeding and they work really well with foods that aren’t puréed. He can feed himself without the utensils choking him. Great idea, and they are definitely like training wheels for regular utensils! I wish they made toothbrushes for infants!

These are AWESOME! I wish I had bought these earlier than when I did. My daughter is 18 months and I noticed I was doing a lot of her feeding still. I bought these knowing shorter handles would help. They have given her the confidence to eat with utensils. However, she gets really frustrated because the fork isn’t made to actually poke things. More of a muscle memory starter. So at 18 months she expects to be able to pick up a peice if waffle, egg, french toast or steak. This just doesnt have the prongs for that. I can’t take a star away for that, as it’s mkte my fault for not buying sooner. At 6-8 months (when I should have bought) they don’t need to actually stick food, just create the muscles and fine motor skills to do so later on. They are easily washed and has stood up to lots of chewing on, by both my kiddo and our puppy. Great buy!

After my daughter just wanting to play with them at first, she has taken right to them. I short round handles are perfect for her little hand. She is 10 months and has been doing Baby Led Weaning since 6 months. I think these are the perfect utensils to start with.

I have several sets of these (one for the sitter's, one for diaper bag, and one for home). My 13 month old is getting super independent and likes to feed himself, but he's still lacking the coordination. These are great because they are much easier to grab and navigate to his mouth. I've recommended to several friends. He does great with the spoon if it's a thick texture (like yogurt), but needs help spearing with the fork....we usually spear things, then set it down for him to put in his mouth.

These are amazing!!! So grateful to have found untensils my 8 month old won’t choke on! Since 6 months old she always wanted to feed herself but since she would stick the spoon too far down her throat we couldn’t let her. Now with grabease she can be the big girl she wanted to be safely! She picks them up with such ease :) So glad I purchased them for her!

I got these for my one year old daughter who was having trouble using other utensils. She would try to use other utensils (we’ve tried all different shapes and sizes) but she kept grabbing them the wrong way. I had seen these before, but I just never thought they were necessary. I am so happy I finally purchased them! Granted, they will probably not work for everyone, but if your child keeps grabbing at utensils the way mine did, these are a game changer. They are the perfect size for her and my 3 year old occasionally uses them. They definitely seem very well made. The only reason I took one star off the ease of use category is because the spoon is a little flat- I am sure perfect for mashed potatoes, but a little difficult for foods that need to balance.

I’m just getting my 7 month old used to eating purées and this spoon / fork is perfect! I’m constantly on edge about safety things in general and adding a long pointy plastic thing that I try to navigate into her mouth while she unpredictably flings herself in all directions is no exception. I didn’t want to spend the money on these but I’m glad I did because I can feed her or let her feed herself without worrying she’s going to get hurt. Good quality and washes easily - I say get it!

Got these for my very independent 10 month old who seemed interested in feeding himself. I second guessed ordering them because I thought it might be too advanced for him but these are perfect. From the first time I let him use them (pictured), he loves feeding himself. Gonna get another set for Grammy's house so we don't lose one
