Perfect for senior citizen

I discarded my iPhone 6 because I could not read the small print. J2 is a life changer. I am semi-invalid and 77 so a cell phone is a safety issue for me. Within a few days I was texting, had imported 85 contacts. Instructions were excellent as was tech support. Had a start-up obstacle but it was worked out day 1. Thanks!

Great upgrade from Jitterbug SmartPhone1

I love Jitterbug support. No question is too elementary and they are excellent guides through the complicated ones. I used the SmartPhone1 for several years. The upgrades on the SmartPhone2 are too good to pass up. I got a better camera although I wasn't unhappy with the old one. The main thing is the sound is so much better. I noticed how much faster it is immediately. I was having problems with the limited memory on the older phone. This has double the memory. And I was having problems with the old one cutting off when the battery got a little bit low. So far that's not an issue on the new one. Wish I'd made the switch a lot sooner. Thanks Jitterbug for a great product.

How to use all the built in features

I only have had this phone for about a week. At this point in time, I don't dislike anything. Making calls and texting is a piece of cake.

Bought for older person who does not need all the gadgets but needed to be able to text and use basic phone. Great Call technical support was great helping me set it up. Was able to keep my phone number from flip phone from Verizon. Great Call took care of everything.
