Seriously wow

I was kind of shocked at how good quality these straws are! They come in a neat little baggie that you can store them in, and the straw cleaner as well! I don't usually leave reviews on products (even if I really like them), but they donate 100% of the proceeds of your order to OCEANA if you leave a review, and that's a HUGE plus for me. So not only do I really like the product, I get to share the good news through this review AND my payment gets donated to OCEANA. I really really appreciate that. 10/10 product!

Soft and pretty

These straws are the perfect diameter for my kids to use. They are a bit on the narrower side- much smaller than the larger smoothie sized straws. They are perfect for iced tea, ice coffee, juice and water drinks. I love that they are reusable- and soft. With regular plastic straws, I always worry that my kids will cut their mouths on the edges. These straws are nice and gentle on the edges. The colors are very nice and bright too- making them fun to drink from. I would recommend these straws to everyone!

Tremor Friendly

I purchased these for my mother who has Essential Tremor, which causes a head and hand tremor, much like Parkinson's. She needs a straw to drink but disposable use are not environmentally friendly or readily available. Metal doesn't work, as she can injur herself/ break teeth. These are AMAZING! They are soft and flexible - no jabbing or clanking. They clean easily and fit nicely in her purse, allowing her easy access and maintained dignity!

These silicone straws are exactly what I was looking for. I spent way too much time trying to find straws like this on Amazon, but they were either too big, or not durable. The first set I ordered from a different brand ended up being huge like a smoothie straw, also very loud and bright colors. I just wanted a normal sized straw, and these flathead straws are perfect. I also love the colors and the storage bag. Also, the flier I received inside the package says they donate 100% of the purchase proceeds to the Oceana ocean preservation organization for every review they receive. That’s amazing!

A card came with the order saying the flathead co. Will give a donation to OCEANA (an org helping to preserve our oceans) for every review written on Amazon. So yeah them! Otherwise would probably not write about a straw. But here goes. Mainly got them to help environment by not having to use plastic straws all the time. The colors are pretty, the silicone is soft-easy to bend, easy to cut to desired length. Able to clean easily with the enclosed brush. They come with a nice storage bag. There are 10 of them. I carry a couple in a bag in my purse to use at restaurants. Gave a couple to a friend who is an avid straw user and she really likes them too. And also has quit using plastic straws. Every time I use a reusable straw I think at least this is one plastic straw that is not getting stuck in a sea Turkey's nose.

Just what we wanted!

These are just perfect! I love the silicone straws and we've used them daily since we received them. I like that a cleaning brush is included. The colors are fun! We love to use straws in our house but I hated watching all the extra plastic get thrown away. These silicone straws fix that problem. Now my only request is you make shorter straws for our short glasses too!

Great for straw chewers/biters

I love these! I’m always chewing on my straws and I love the flexibility and durability of these. Easy to clean. I have issues with not drinking enough water throughout the day and my husband said he’s noticed a dramatic increase in my water consumption since I purchased these. Noticed I’ve been feeling much better too. I take one with me when we go out to eat too and I’ve noticed I drink a lot more with a straw than without.

Great Buy!

I’ve only had these for a couple days but I love them! When they arrived they did have a strange scent to them. I just soaked them it hot soapy water and it wasn’t as bad but you could still smell it. But after a few uses it’s not there. The carrying case makes it easy to throw in my bag. Also the straw cleaner is just perfect and feel pretty durable.

Perfect size!

This is my first silicone straw purchase and my main concern when buying these was the circumference. I didn't want to feel like I was using a pvc pipe to drink my water. I'm happy to say that these are the same size as a straw from Sonic. Those may be SLIGHTLY larger than the avg straw but not so much that it's bothersome. I placed the Sonic straw and the silicone straw end to end. The silicone straw could be a mm larger, maybe. I haven't used them yet but I'll come back and update my review in a couple months.

Saving the ocean one reusable straw at a time!

I purchased these because I’m trying to slowly make small lifestyle changes to “go green.” With the amount of straws that end up in the ocean, I wanted to do my part to try and reduce that. Not only do you receive 10 straws, which is PLENTY if you’re keeping them clean, they’re durable, easy to use, BPA free, come in cute colors (or not for the men who don’t prefer pastels), come with a little bag for storage so you can keep them in your purse, also include a brush which makes it easy to clean them entirely, and the best part? By leaving a review, you ensure 100% of proceeds go to Oceana, a nonprofit for ocean conservation. I couldn’t be more pleased. I soaked these in hot water and soap overnight, as they do have a silicone-like weird smell initially, and to get them clean. Since they are flexible, they’re easy to bend and get the brush inside of to clean out any residue. I recommend keeping five clean at all times, and then keeping five in your bag so you can just swap them out as needed, and always have one for a friend or partner to show them the benefits of saving the oceans. Overall, I’m in love with these, and if I can do something so simple just to do my tiny part, I’m happy. If only everyone else would.
