This product arrived in sealed perfect "retail" packaging. It worked perfect and is a great value. Download the Ring app. Hit the button to right top of doorbell button and watch white flashing as it finds the Wi-Fi and connects. Note: I installed a brand new Ring doorbell for a family member a few weeks ago and this just like the NEW product
