STELLAR customer service!

This charger was actually not the correct charger for me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and wanted a quick charge unit. After research, I decided on this one, but due to my own misunderstanding of Qualcomm Quick Charge technology, I ordered in error. This will charge a Samsung, but not quickly. Anker Support was very helpful and courteous in their explanation, even providing a link to the correct product, and offering me a shipping label to return this product, even though it was my misunderstanding. My kids keep stealing these

I have several versions of this charger around the house. I travel with them, and just use them room to room. They are very fast charging (use a properly rated cable). Only problem is, my kids seem to 'borrow' them and I never see them again! They are not super-small, but still small enough to travel with me on an airplane...

This charger for my usb and usb-c honestly works like a charm! I got this to fast charge my iPhone XR. Excellent would have no hesitation in using it again or recomending to others.

not what i expected - update 5-18-19

I expected for this to be able to charge my Samsung Notebook laptop via USB-C and it doesn't. charges the phone just find, but not what i was needing. update 5-18-19: Anker sent me another charger, the Anker PowerPort Speed+ Duo Wall Charger , an upgraded model. It does everything I need. It fast charges my Pixel 3 XL phone as well as charges my Samsung Notebook laptop. it is a beast! love it. it is slightly larger than the model listed here, but not by a noticeable amount. Great Job Anker. Outstanding customer service.

iPhone fast-charging but cheaper than Apple's charger.

I picked up the Anker 30W 2-Port Compact Type C USB Charger even though I already had the Apple USB-C charger because I wanted some versatility. While USB-C devices are on the rise, I still have a need for the USB-A port capability to charge my older devices. This charger filled the need. It still is able to fast-charge my iPhone as well as charge a myriad of older devices, all without adding another charger to my bag. This gets the job done, but know, even though it has USB-C, don't expect it to charge your Macbook or other USB-C laptops. It did provide a charge to my PixelBook, but very, very, slowly. But as long as you are looking to charge your mobile devices, this is a charger that I cannot recommend enough.

Compact, powerful, good-looking

I bought the Anker Powerport PD 2 to get the fastest charge on my Google Pixel 2 with USB C port. I knew that USB C to USB C charging cords had the fastest capability, and the Powerport PD 2 has both a USB C port and a standard USB. The USB C PD port is ultra fast, charging my phone faster than any other charger. The standard USB port also has PowerIQ which delivers a fast charge to other devices, including my wife's tablet. I'm very happy with this charging box.

Versatile, looks well made, works as it should

Needed a spare charger for a few of the electronic devices I have. This is versatile and enables me to use this one charger instead of 2 or more. Compact size. Nice blue led indicator tells me it's on. Would buy again.

This charger just works. And it’s lightning fast.

This little charger is amazing. Phones and tablets are charged in no time flat - an iPhone X, Galaxy S9, iPad (6th gen). The charger feels the same quality as the ones by apple and Samsung but at a fraction of the price. Highly, highly reccomend.

Powerful 30W Zen-like Charger for USB and USB-C

Lightweight, quality-constructed, with a nice little blue light to confirm whether the outlet you’ve selected is functioning. Prongs can be folded back into the device when not in use making it streamlined during transport - the prongs won’t catch or gouge other things in your bag. Clean white color that makes it pop out from the shadows if you’re trying to find it in the bottom of a bag. Plus, it’s made by Anker and my local Apple Store geniuses say it’s really good stuff made by former Apple people. True? Don’t know. Nice product? Definitely.

Does not fast charge iPad Pro

Update: Anker volunteered to send me a new charger free of charge with higher wattage output. 5 stars for great customer service. With higher wattage, fast charge should work. Using my USB C to lightning cable (apple) and this does not fast charge the iPad Pro. In fact, it goes on and off. Not as described.
