before i try this humidifier, i already bought 2 different brand humidifier from costco ( the one who has 2 water tanks) and the design is so stupid, since it has 2 separate tank and the tank can not be stand on any surface,i have to fill and put the tank back 2 times a day and it is so hard to hold the tank since there is barely a HANDLE. so , i have to search at amazon and finally decided to give this one a try.and this one is SO EASY to use!!! 6L tank is big enough for 2 nights( almost 24 hours) for my bedroom. the handle is easy to take and the tank can be put on any surface without falling and leaking(think about you have to hold 6KG water if it can't be just set on the bath tub while filling it ). the mist is very smooth and you can change the mist detection easily. Highly recommend this one!

I wanted a reliable humidifier that actually work. it has been working perfect so far. The Sleep Mode is really great. When you turn on the Sleep mode, the LED light will turn off and voice became really quiet. Very pleased. Leave it by the foot rest and it does an amazing job of pushing the mist though over the room.

I like the large capacity of this ultrasonic humidifier so you do not have to refill it often. There is nice volume of cool or warm mist coming out and the strength of the mist is adjustable. The feature I love the most is the humidity level control . It is so good to know what exactly the room humidity % is, and once you set up the desired level of humidity, the machine will automatically work on maintaining that level. Thumbs up!

The white one I bought from Amazon about 2 yrs ago. Still working good. However, since I don’t use the filtered water, it is now full of stains. I tried to clean it couple times, the results are not good. I live in Baltimore and the air quality is very dry here. Without humidifier, my little one will be coughing all day long. With a humidifier he doesn’t have to be on asthma medication. It took me couple months to figure this out. Before I bought white one, I bought 4 other different kind of humidifier. Ending up, the white one was the most expensive one, but also the best one. I saw this black one is the same design as my old one. With bigger display and probably the updated verison. It is a bit pricy for a humidifier, but I have to say, it is absolutely worth it. It is quite, accurate humidity level, large tank that can last throughout the whole night. I don’t use the remote control since I have it turned on 24 hours. I do recommend it to those sensentive group of people. It really helps.

The humidifier works great, the different setting options makes it easy to adjust it as needed. The lower setting with no heat makes the water in tank last a very decent amount of time between fill-ups and can maintain humidity level nicely, where as having the mist on high with the heat can quickly bring humidity up to where you want it. My apartment is only two large rooms so this works perfectly but cannot say how it will work for bigger homes, but for just one or two rooms it will work great.

Great so far. Humidity in our toddlers bedroom was 16% without a humidifier. With a cheap cool mist we got it up to 22%. With this humidifier it is easily 46% and well worth the money. When your kid is coughing every night from the dry air (under 30%) the extra sleep gained from getting the humidity up is enough to get everyone in the house up on the right side of the bed. The only thing I don’t like is the humidity gauge in that it seems to always register a higher humidity then the rest of the room. It could be that it is closer to the mist so it isn’t the most practical. I check the humidity using an independent gauge on the opposite side of the room and go off of that. Not a big deal since you can manually set the machine to whatever amount of mist you want.

I finally shelled out the $$ to buy a high quality humidifier after going through a string of low and middle priced ones for a few years, and this one has not disappointed. I jokingly call it my fog machine. Because in my master bedroom, even though it’s not small, I have to run it on low because medium and high will make the room noticeably hazy. But I think that’s a good thing because it shows how powerful this humidifier is in case I need it for a big room sometime. Even then it never leaves condensation or moisture on anything. A few things though: the LED display is very bright so if you need a dark room to sleep you’ll have to put it in sleep mode to get the display to go dark, and when you put it into sleep mode the warm mist function automatically turns off and it defaults to cool mist. I can’t quite figure out a reason why the designers would make it do this, I would like a warm mist option for when I’m sleeping. But that’s the only issue I have with this humidifier and it’s by no means a deal breaker. I do have a suggestion that I really think people should consider: Buy the optional filter that screws onto the under side of the filler cap. Yes I know people think it should come with this but it doesn’t. So if you’re going to spend this much $$ on a humidifier then the little bit extra for the filter is not that much. It really works. I have medium water where I live (not hard, not soft) and I’ve seen what was left over as far as mineral deposits when I had cheaper warm mist humidifiers. I took this humidifier apart to clean it after the first month and ZERO leftover mineral deposits or residue were in it. So buy the filter, trust me. It’s well worth it and it’s good for 3 months. For what is worth, I also bought one of the drop in products that’s supposed to keep the tank free of mold/mildew and bacteria buildup. It has also worked and the tank has stayed clean and odor free. Something else to consider.

The output of this humidifier is very impressive, the settings are straightforward and user friendly and it has a very sleek, modern design that looks so much better than the childish blue and white of other models. The feature that impresses me the most, however would likely be the heat setting. When set to the highest level, you can hear the water boiling, this increases the output dramatically over the standard ultra-sonic humidifier settings and even warms small spaces. In the weeks that I've owned and used (nearly nonstop) this humidifier I've slept better and can breath noticeable easier. With a good humidity, it requires less energy to warm a space which is very efficient in northern Ohio during winter. I do suggest using only distilled water with any ultra-sonic (cool mist) humidifier, it's healthier as any minerals or chemicals in the water are pumped directly into the air, often resulting in a very fine, white dust that settles on everything. Not to mention the mineral buildup inside the humidifier. The one downside is that (I haven't tried yet, it may be possible) you can't seem to remove the plastic cover that water reservoir rests on that also hides the working parts of the device. Being that the water is funneled down inside this portion, you may be unable to scrub it if needed. However, I suggest running a small amount (say 1/4 cup) of white vinegar to 1 full tank of water once every other month (more often if you aren't using distilled water) to sterilize the humidifier. This will aid in descaling hard water buildup from tap water, but likely won't remove all of it. The only other negative I can mention is the night setting, it does turn off the LED readout, but it also decreases the humidity output in order to reduce noise. I don't need a constant readout of all the settings and current humidity percentage, it would be better if after, say, two rotations the LED readout automatically turned off and could be raised by tapping any button. Overall, this is a fantastic product that does exactly what I want it to.

Using unit for mist to mositurize room. So far like unit immediately lots of mist & easy to use. No issues with remote. Very low sound. It's automatically stopping & restarting when set rate is reached. I read reviews & questions prior to my purchase & felt that this unit would meet my need & it has so far. Although I just got it today, I'm comparing it to my Vicks. However, if your looking for any type of heat or warmth I suggest ya keep looking. In comparison I nor would anyone keep their hand over the Vicks mist more than 3-4 seconds due to heat being produced. This unit any person can leave hand over mist indefinitely without getting burned. As far as mist produced there is no comparison, this unit is far better as it should be because it cost 3x more. I'm expecting it to adequately humidify a large room. Meanwhile, while 4 hours later I hear boiling water as I walked into my living room. The unit does gets hot & produces very warm/ hot mist. As in 2-3 seconds holding my hand over the mist before it gets too hot for comfort.
