Good Performance and Value

I’m impressed. I’ve been a user of Norelco shavers for ages. Out of the box this one gives a closer, more comfortable shave than my last Norelco ever did with fresh blades. Prices of Norelco premium shavers (actually produced by Philips in the Netherlands) have become steep. There’s a lot to like with this one, such as the display of remaining battery charge. UPDATE: After five months, the blade assemblies became quite noisy and shaving quality was lousy. Removing, disassembly and thorough cleaning of the cutting blades made them usable again. More than just a little running water is occasionally needed. I had contacted the seller regarding my concerns about the cutting blades. They went ahead and sent replacements under the 15 month warranty even after I informed them that the originals were okay after thorough cleaning. Recommended!

Hassle free to keep it clean

I think the greatest advantage has been is the hassle free to keep it clean. I like the fact I can run it under water. This is the cleanest shaver I have ever owned. I have always took the time to clean with a dry brush. Only time will tell whether it will last longer than the others.

Works well and is a good value

This shaver replaces a a 4 year old Norelco whose battery would no longer hold a charge. This shaver provides a close shave without irritation. It is a low-noise shaver. The power cord connection to the shave is delicate, not a two-pronged connector as in other shavers; you need to be careful in making the connection or you can break the internal-handle male part that is the connector. Haven't had it long enough to know how long the internal battery will work; hopefully longer than the Norelco. But at its price, replacement is much more affordable than the Norelco. It is a good value at its price.

Great electric shaver

I bought this one for my dad birthday, he like it alot, the motor was very quiet and fast, it shave very clean, charger also charge very fast, will buy one for myself.

Giant leap forward in rechargeable shaver technology.

Received this shaver on 06 Mar 2019. Today is 28 May 2019. So, I've had it long enough to provide a good evaluation. The shaver is exactly as described on Amazon. The shaver arrived fully charged w/an LED meter showing 100%. All other brand shavers I've received in the past usually took 24 hours to charge. This was ready to go out of the box. The 1st shave took a long time & used 30% of the charge. But, since I've been using it about 2 1/2 months the shaver has become used to my beard (or visa versa) I now uses about 12% of the charge to shave including moustache trim & shaving time has greatly reduced. My previous brand shaver took about 6-8 hours daily to recharge. This MAX-T Electric Shaver Quick Rechargeable takes about 6-8 minutes about every other day. This shaver is much easier to clean. I remove the shaving head, tap the shaver against the side of a trash can including the shaving head & most residue just falls out. I disassembled the shaving head after about a month to clean it & discovered there was nothing to clean. I remove the shaving head, tap the shaver against the side of a trash can including the shaving head after each use as i described seems to do the trick. I plan on disassembly & cleaning in another 90 days. Also, no shaving burn or rash. I have been using electric shavers for about 40 years. This is the best shaver I ever used & I definitely recommend it. I would definitely buy it again.

Close Shave & Great Value

I have not used a rotary shaver before but got tired of the razor blade cuts & expense. Went by product reviews (Thx everyone) & none of the expensive name brands had an overall 5 star rating. With a little Dr. Bronner's liquid peppermint castile soap Max -Tcare shaved as close as a 3 blade razor!

Works well

Works well. Feels good in my hands. The interchangeable heads work well, A little awkward to change: takes a bit of force and sometimes I wan to swap back and trimmer-rapidly-and this is only a few seconds, but not as convenient as "built in". Big bit hint: the photo shows it wet. Pay attention: go ahead and run the head under water before shaving. Gives a nice smooth, tug-free shave that way.
