6 star! I recently had a hysterectomy, and there was no way I could get any sleep on my back. But too painfull to sleep on my side without support. I LOVE THIS PILLOW. was able to get the support and protection for my stomach with no pain. Support for my back to keep me from moving, and no pain. Slept 8 hours on 6th night after surgery. Paid extra for the next day shipping. If I knew about these pillows before my surgery I would of bought it before hand. To help keep the pillow part for my head clean, (which was perfect , great, no neck pain.) I took king size pillow case, cut the seam on long edge, sewed the original side opening closed. Sewed small hem on the now large opening. Slipped it over the top of the U part of the pillow. This way, I can just take that pillow case to wash, (from sweat, ect.) to keep clean. And not have to take whole cover off all the time. Plan to make second pillow case to double. But this pillow is not just for pregnant women. I highly recommend it if you have any surgery so you can sleep and not worry about tearing any stiches. And it is very easy to roll over to other side, because of the support in front and back. Fabric is soft, not scratchy. The WHOLE pillow is just so soft, yet supportive. Even after I heal up from surgery I plan to still sleep with it to support my back. And it is great when sitting up in bed. Just pull the U part up, with a pillow below it, the sides fold in so you can rest your knees for support. I will recuperate in comfort☺.

Very happy with this pillow!

I am loving this pillow for my pregnancy! I have been having a lot of lower back pain so I needed a pillow that would go between my legs and this one is SO comfy. With my last pregnancy I had a pillow that was more moon shaped and I hated how I couldn’t straighten out my legs to shift my body in the middle of the night. Or how I had to switch the pillow to the other side if I wanted to turn. This pillows design makes it easy to stretch out, or switch sleeping sides. So happy I made this purchase.

Most comfortable, great for back or side sleeping

My favorite pillow. 5 back surgeries including 2 lumbar fusions later this is the most comfortable I've been able to be at night. Usually use it anytime I'm laying down or sitting up. Great support, it's used close to 24 hours a day even my dog gets use. Everyone loves it from my youngest son to my brother and mom.

Soooo comfortable. Bought a 2nd one for my mother who is in extreme pain.

My mother has a deteriorating spine along with neuropathy so it's hard for her to get a great night sleep. She borrowed my MoMa pregnancy pillow and almost didn't return it she loved it so much. So, naturally, we got her one for herself. She loves the feeling of being 'hugged' and supported. People like her really need to be propped up higher in bed for back relief and this, with the aid of 2 pillows on top, does the trick easily and perfectly. I've had mine for 6 months and it's still wonderful, has not lost it support. I will never be able to sleep the same without this pillow!

Love it! I slept like a rock!

I am almost in my second trimester and I have not been sleeping well at all despite having a good mattress and adequate temperature in the room. I purchased this pillow hoping it would help me get more comfortable and prevent me from tossing and turning all night. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Last night I slept like a rock for the first time in months. The pillow was big and soft and I loved every bit of it. I’m 249lbs and 5ft 6in tall and I feel it kept its form and was long enough for my body’s weight and length. If you haven’t purchased a pillow like this, mommas, DO IT NOW. Sleep is so important and this pillow has saved my life!

Comfortable if bulky

Soft and comfortable for someone who sleeps slightly forwards on their side and with support for the knees. Believe the filling is foam which is pretty squishy but hasn't shown any signs of flattening in three weeks of use. About the width of a twin size mattress and 3/4 the length which can make it a bit bulky.
