A good set of keys to service automotive terminals.

Used these a few times without any issues, would be great if a instruction video link was provided but it's not a deal-breaker for those that understand the purpose for these tools and how much easier it makes removing stubborn and hard to unlock terminal wire pins away from the plugs. They seem durable, well made and come organized in a ring. User needs patience and probably a magnifying lens stand in order to better view what your'e working with. Several of the included keys will probably never be used in my case because there are so many, but the set seems to contain the most common keys needed for automotive use. Thanks to these i was able to come up with one good terminal out of two for the repairs i was performing so these already paid for themselves in my case. hopefully others will be able to get some good use out of these as I have.

In my career, I've used a lot of disposable pin extractors and a few really nice pin extractors. These are way better than the disposables and very affordable. If you do professional work, you may want better, but for a home mechanic/electronics guy, you can't beat these. One of them fit a Painless Performance connector that was in my classic car, worked perfect for what I needed.

For all these people reading this bad reviews please do not get discouraged. I guess people don’t use this tool properly. I received this tool today and it’s absolutely amazing for the price I paid for it. Worked like a champ and released all the pins I was working on, on the Audi S4 b5 2001. It does not look like it’s made cheap. I think people using this incorrectly and that’s why it bends, however if you’re using it the way it should be used, it works perfectly.

You have to know how to use them...

Anybody who is bends these (they are not poorly made) must be forcing them or expecting to just be able to "fish around" in the connector to make it work. I've been making my own pin extractors for some time now (filing various music wire and thin SS sheet metal as needed) and these tools are very nicely done. I just got the kit, haven't had the need to use it yet, but I can tell they're made right. You need some experience to know what it is you're trying to do with them, which tiny spring retainers are being used on the pin, where they're located, how to best insert the tool, and which tool properly depresses them.Then they Work! ;)

Very impressive value for the money

I have a heavy equipment wiring harness I need to rebuild and this has allowed me to release the connectors from the plugs. No complaints, makes a difficult job easy!
