Below is the original review I had wrote. Since that time Nichole (the owner) reached out to me and asked what she could do to make it right. Explained what was wrong with the product and she sent a brand new one immediately. I haven't seen customer service like that on any products that I have purchased from Amazon. She was quick to apologize and immediately correct the issue. If you have any issues with your power washer make sure to contact Nichole and she will make it right. ORIGINAL REVIEW Wanted to love this product. Has a lot of great features. When I pulled it out of the box it seemed like it was used already. Once I assembled it I used it to power wash the house, deck and clean our vehicles. I really like the functionality of everything although it does have a lot of plastic parts so not as rigid as I was hoping. That part I could deal with but once I started using the power washer right away there was a leak in the hose. Taped over the hose to at least try and finish what I was doing and then another leak sprung. Even the deck brush attachment had a brush break off when I was using it. Very disappointed especially after all of the positive reviews.

Overall, I really like this power washer. Hopefully it will last as I plan to follow the precautions religiously. A few suggestions for future development. 1) stainless steel or brass hose fitting thread on the main unit instead of plastic. 2) need a place to store the included wrench. Perhaps another size on the other end. 3) fold out knob on the hose winder needs a lock to open position otherwise it is easier to wind the hose in without. Great job on this unit! I will post updates to this review down the road.

I needed a power washer that was electric and had enough pressure to do some pretty heavy work - driveway cleaning (including some spilled paint), mold removal from concrete surfaces and a wooden deck, and removal of mold from exterior brick walls. I looked for over 6 months before I found the Powerhouse International 3000 PSI power washer. I have been very pleased with the washer. I believe I made the right choice. First, it has all the power I need. It made quick work of blasting away the spilled paint on the driveway using the 0º spray tip and the universal connector. The mold on the concrete surfaces came right off. I used the patio cleaner for the large areas and a 15º spray tip to clean up in the corners and along the walls. The mold on the brick walls also cam off easily using the Turbo nozzle. Second, all the nozzles, spray tips, spray gun, and the 2 lances all have a place and click on securely. Having all the accessories securely stored on the machine is a real plus in terms of both convenience and not loosing accessories. Overall the washer is well designed. It is not top heavy so it does not have any tendency to fall over. The four locking luggage style wheels and pull up handle are nice features and allow a pull along approach to cleaning large, flat areas.

I wanted a new pressure washer that offered greater cleaning capabilities than the 1-year old Ryobi Premium Electric 2000 psi - 1.2 gpm was giving me. This Powerhouse Platinum Pressure Washer (3000 psi - 2.2 gpm) actually accomplished this. I ran both in a direct side by side comparison, and found the Powerhouse to clean better, faster and do so with more water. I use it mostly for cleaning a concrete deck around an in-ground pool, as well as the screens that enclose it. Assembly and use was easy (follow their on-line videos); little things, such as a supplied wrench to tighten the water supply connection, the various included attachments, show that a lot of thought went into the design. My only recommendation would be to lengthen the hose. I can very highly recommend this unit as I am absolutely pleased with it.

The engineering and attention to detail of this unit is amazing. The attachments all lock onto quick disconnects so they won’t fall off. The telescopic handle helps keep the form factor small. This unit is surprisingly small, about half the size of a gas model. The castor wheels are easy to lock and unlock with your toe and the whole unit is very stable. The machine followed easily and I never worried that it might tip. Be aware the reviews for the old model are lumped in with this one. What is unique with power house is they read all the reviews and literally fixed all that was lacking with the last model to create this one. One of the things I hated with my Last pressure washer was the hose. I could never get it to coil nicely. This hose is unusually flexible and maneuvers and coils very efficiently. The use of the quick disconnects makes storing the gun, which snaps firmly into place, easy. Next attachments, there is a lot of value added in the many accessories included. They are well thought out and sturdy. This units high flow rate and high pressure combination is usually found only in a gas powered units. The problem with gas powered small engines is ethanol is really hard on them. This often translates to time spent trying to get the dang thing started. Eventually I find myself not using the equipment for quick jobs because of the hassle, smell and sound. Now this unit is quiet and only requires me to squeeze the trigger to use it and best of all as soon as you release the trigger the motor stops. As far as materials used everything feels top notch, it’s obvious this is a family owned business as you can clearly see they take pride in there creation. I don’t usually write reviews but when you come across a perfectly engineered piece of equipment it’s nice to highlight it.

At first, I thought the price for this unit was high. However, it is a very well made unit and attachments, hose and power all have a home on the unit. It rolls around easily. I've used it several times now...washing cars was great....cleaning back screens was great, cleaning driveway..great. The little patio attachement could use some wheels, but it works great. The power of this unit is right around 3K PSI. It's the strongest electric washer I have owned. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

I bought this pressure washer because it had more pressure than my gas pressure washer and it would be more convenient. Assembly was quick and very easy. Works extremely well and is definitely better than gas washer. My son cross threaded the wand to the gun when changing from the proprietary to universal wand and pretty much destroyed all threads on both the wands and the gun. I contacted the manufacturer to get replacement and minutes after sending the email I found their Ebay store and ordered them. Not long after that their costumer service emailed me back, on Sunday, having already received my order from Ebay. They are very attentive, super nice, and their efficiency will leave you in awe. My new parts are one the way and I'll be pressure washing again by this weekend.

First things: I like to buy American. And I will be the first to admit that I will still buy American even if it means over paying a bit. After assembling the washer and doing some tests to make sure it arrived in working order (only the soap bottle was damaged in shipping) I was a bit underwhelmed and I felt like there could be something better out there for the same price. I contacted Powerhouse Intl and Nichole was super gracious answering my emails on Sunday and sending out a replacement soap dispenser first thing Monday! Could you find an electric pressure washer that's similar for a better price? probably. But the customer support and knowing that I was able to purchase something from a local-ish company made the price a bit more agreeable. Assembly: The washer was mostly per-assembled, though some attachments required assembly. For those the process was straight forward, though I'm still not sure what the included wrench was for. Everything seems to have a spot for storage. Power cored and Hose windup and stow-away nicely. The casters on the bottom of the washer aren't amazing, but they work well on my sidewalk and driveway. Some of the attachments seemed a little cheap/gimmicky. The "cart" that the washer sits in has little latches on left and right side so that the cart comes up with the washer if its lifted. For my washer, the latches don't stay or snap. So occasionally the latches lift away from brushing up against something like a hose or a bush and when i lift the unit, it comes out of the cart by accident. Not fun, but also not a deal breaker. Usage: The washer did a great job on my porch and sidewalk (driveway remains for a later date). The Spray gun has a bit of a pop/kick to it and buzzes a fair amount. After about an hour of use, I noticed my hands shaking. The included "universal nozzles" Red, Yellow, Green, White etc. seem to work great in the universal lance. I did all my cleaning with the Yellow one. The proprietary lance and nozzles are a great add-on, though I was less impressed with their performance. The soap dispenser was fantastic! The turbo nozzle was ok, but I probably wont use it with the Universal ones available. The 90 deg right angle nozzle was interesting and did a great job blasting gunk out of my gutters! The brush is a good idea, I like that is sprays water, I would like it more if the Soap dispenser could be "inline" or used at the same time. The patio cleaner was interesting. It cleaned better than I expected, but it bounced and skipped off the driveway more than i was expecting and felt like it was more work pushing against the bristles on the brushes than just using the yellow nozzle. I might just need some practice with the patio cleaner. I bet it would be a smother experience on wood than my cement driveway. The hose to the gun seems a little short. feels like I need an extra 10 feet or so to get up the ladder to clean top of my house. The hose isn't as flexible as I would like, but I think if the hose is more flexible, the gun can lose pressure, so not a deal breaker there. The spool for the pressure hose needs some help. The winder handle feels tight and clumsy and was a little frustrating the first few times I put the washer away. The power cord is a bit disappointing. Its length is sufficient, but the "stick-in-the-wall" part is pretty large with all the GCFI? stuff in it, that it doesn't fit in my outdoor wall outlets on my house. Which means I have to use an extension cord. This was probably the biggest let down of the entire product and honestly, I almost had to send it back. My cheaper electric washer has the GCFI stuff about 2 feet back from the plug, so it can easily plug into any outlet. Photos: Back Porch was cleaned in a little under an hour. I is about 10 feet by 8 feet and hasn't had a proper cleaning in years. Wall outlet photos show how the plug doesn't really fit. Storage photos show how well everything has a place. I wish I could give this a 4.5/5 stars. The pressure washer and the team behind it is worth more than 4 stars, but the washer itself comes short in a few places that make me a little uncomfortable giving it a full 5/5. Most of the issues I have with the features/design of the product are minimal and really only the power cord (because of the wall outlets on my house) was almost a deal breaker.
