Zugu Muse case - Great case - Highly Recomended!

I extensively researched iPad Pro 11” cases on Amazon, YouTube, and the Internet before deciding on a case. This is my 3rd iPad. My preferences for a case were that it must be slim, lightweight, protective, minimalistic, and stylish. The Apple folio case for $79 is ridiculously priced, not protective, and I don’t like being ripped off. I normally like Tech21 cases but it did not make a case for this year’s Pro. While Otterbox normally makes very protective cases, its Symmetry 360 isn’t too stylish (and doesn’t appear to be as protective as the Muse). After a long search, I had decided on the WWW genuine leather case (Amazon) for $49. It met all of my requirements and was a beautiful case. But then I saw a Zugu review on YouTube (https://youtu.be/DOoRNkekLV4). I had previously seen the Zugu on Amazon but I thought the foldup stand on the back of the case appeared to be too bulky and not stylish. After seeing the YouTube review, however, I decided to give the Zugu Muse a try. My case arrived in 3 days, earlier than expected, and I am extremely happy with the case. It meets all of my requirements, and the company obviously pays attention to detail. The case was professionally wrapped and boxed. They fold-up stand on the back of the case is minimalistic and not an issue at all. The outside material of the case appears to be high-quality with a great non-slip feel. It is slim and light weight. The iPad fits precisely into a soft, protective TPU bumper that completely surrounds the IPad. This case appears to be the most protective case of all that I have reviewed. Contrary to some reviews on Amazon, the front cover opens and closes precisely, and all port holes are precisely cut. The pencil slot on the side has a thin layer of material under the pencil yet still holds the pencil securely and the pencil charges as intended. The optional elastic pencil holder on the back also holds the pencil securely. The adjustable legs of the stand, with magnetic tips, work perfectly, holding the case in place with 8 angle choices. The front and back covers are stiff and should help protect the iPad against drops and bending. The weakest point of the case appears to be the material holding the front and back covers together. It appears to be made of the same material as the front and back covers and only time will tell about its durability. However, it appears to be sufficiently sturdy so that it is not a significant issue to me. I highly recommend this case, with no reservations, and would certainly buy it again.

Well throughout case!

This Zugucase is a nice protective cover. The magnetic stand is very sturdy so you can type without it collapsing. Really like the multiple stand positions! Your pencil is secured well in the back when traveling and a space for pencil to be charged on side of case. Researched many cases on you tube, and read many reviews. My husband and I are very happy with this purchase!!

Absolutely the best iPad Pro case!!

What I love most is the functionality. The Zugu case has made my iPad completely more enjoyable. It feels good in my hand. It is sturdy, good quality and so functional!! I have no problem with it at all. The cover lines up naturally and stays in place very well when closed. The Apple pencil fits securely and charges quickly. The magnets and the secured multi-angles have made the iPad so much more functional. I have not found another case like this. It is totally worth it.

Yes; it is the best....

I was skeptical about the promise and that it was the best cover for the iPad 11inch pro; BUT ITS THE BEST COVER I EVER BOUGHT for any iPad I have owned and I’ve owned a few. It fits great; looks great and provides the protection I wanted and need. The Apple Pencil slot keeps the pencil 2 secure against the iPad and charges it flawlessly as promised. I love the magnets and the multiple angles you can position the iPad. All of this in a thin package. It is a great design and most certainly lives up to what Muse Claims. I am a fan and will continue to purchase this product for future iPads.

Quality Case

I've been waiting on reviews of this case before I made the plunge, and now that I have, I don't regret it. I use my iPad Pro 11 for art purposes, daily. I wanted a case that could stand in different angles to make things a little easier on myself. So far, colour me impressed. I really like this case and don't regret having bought it. The front of the case doesn't feel loose to me, I threw my iPad with the case on on my couch and the front didn't pop open. The sleep/wake function and wireless pen charging work just fine. I feel like this case can protect my iPad from short drops, and it feels great to have a better quality case on it.

THE QUALITY IF THE CASE IS SIMPLY- SUPER---JUST LIKE TGE ORICE!

I really liked tge quality and precise fit of the Zugu. Ergonomic features for handling the case with iPad oro was excellent. The cut-outs for camer, speakers, and USBc was excelkent. I think Zugu could expand versatility by adding a "Thin" Bluetooth (detachable) Keybiard! I don't like tyoing with one finger on a gkass screen, because wuth no tactile feedback from the fingers, more typing errors occur and "auto-correct" cannot be relied upon for accyracy. Adding this feature is justified even with an increase if selling price!

Fantastic Case!

I don't normally purchase a $60 case, for that matter a $1000 tablet either. Yet, I wanted a quality case to protect my investment. When it arrived, the packaging was very nice. I felt like I was getting a quality product. The case it self did not disappoint. It is made of a leather-like soft touch material that feels high quality. The case is very protective yet thin, not bulky at all. All cut outs are precise and the iPad 11 fits snug inside. The stand mechanism works flawlessly and very stable. The magnets holds the stand into position no matter which angle you choose. The magnets are strong enough mount the iPad on a fridge...I did it. Sleep to wake functionality with the lid also works. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend the Zugu case for your iPad.

Unacceptable Design - but customer service is impeccable

Revision to "Unacceptable Design". - received a replacement from ZUGU. I have been using for a couple weeks now and am pleased to report that the "quality" issue has been resolved. Now I feel I have a premium product equal to the premium price. With that said, the customer service was impeccable. Timely response to my concern and replacement sent no questions asked. I would HIGHLY recommend this product and more so the folks that run this company. --------------------------------------- I paid an extraordinary premium ($60) for this cover for my new iPad Pro 11' versus the $15 I paid for the cover on my 5 year old iPad which lasted 5 years with minimal wear and tear. Although the materials appear to be high quality the design of the front cover is simply unacceptable !! When I close the cover it doesn't even line up properly unless I manually adjust to get it to line up. I have serious doubts that the material that connects the cover to the back will hold up over time. I am really debating returning this item??? With that said the tilt mechanism is no doubt sturdier than the mechanism on my old iPad cover (which I do like). However, this item generally costs twice what other covers cost and I had expected an all around superior product (selected based on high reviews on their older product). Have only been using a couple of days and am so far disappointed given the high cost. Unless you are primarily interested in a sturdy tilt mechanism I feel this product is not worth the $60 cost.

ZUGU "The Muse" Case A Super Value

We purchased a couple of the ZUGU cases, The Muse Case, to protect our recently purchased iPad Pro 11 inch devices. I can say from experience that the case has in fact protected my iPad i inadvertently dropped while on a construction site. The other thing that appeals to me is the simplistic design and it is also attractive. I attend many meetings with my iPad and it doesn't have this over bearing military-like appearance like other cases. I have found that the overall quality of the product, its functionality and price make it an extremely good value! Without hesitation I highly recommend the ZUGU case.
